CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement (hereafter, Contract) made and executed by and between:
VAS LIGHTING CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by
virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal address at DAIICHI INDUSTRIAL
PARK SILANG CAVITE, represented in this act by Operation Manager Mr Shih Hsiu Tang (hereinafter
referred to as the Representative of Project Owner).
and
CHRISTIAN LEY CONSTRUCTION, a corporation , with principal office at 20 Burgos Street
Cabuyao City Laguna represented in this act by its Project Manager, Ronald A. Libago (hereinafter
referred to as the Contractor / Designer )
SETS FORTH THAT:
WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR/DESIGNER was commissioned by VAS LIGHTING
CORPORATION to process, the PEZA occupancy permit and permit to operate of the building, The plant
is located at Daiichi Industrial Park Silang, Cavite (hereinafter called Site);
WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR/DESIGNER has submitted to the owner its quotation dated
_August 11,2015_, which shall form part of this Contract Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the mutual
covenants and stipulations set forth, the parties have agreed as follows:

Scope of the Contract Works:

That the CONTRACTOR/DESIGNER, in consideration of the payment to be made by the

VAS LIGHTING CORPORATION of the sum of money hereinafter stipulated, shall
render and submit all design data necessary to complete the Mechanical and Electrical
Plans of the above stated project, duly signed and sealed by the said Designer, specifically
described as follows:

Signing and Sealing of M & E Plans for Permit & CEI Purposes only.
Signing and Sealing of M & E Plans for Occupancy Purposes only.
Signing and Sealing of M & E Plans Specification Occupancy Purposes only.
Signing and Sealing of Electrical Short Circuit Calculation Permit, CEI and
Occupancy plans with re-design and Evaluation Study.
Plotting and Blue Printing.

PESOS : THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (PHP 350,000.00)

Upon signing of this Contract, the Owner shall pay the Contractor / Designer the amount
of PESOS, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND (Php 175,000.00)
representing fifty percent (50%) down payment, deductible against billing.
Balance of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND ( 175,000.00)
shall be paid thru progress billing.
First Billing is Twenty Five Percent Acceptance of CEI by PEZA.
Final Billing is Twenty Five Percent Acceptance of Occupancy Permit by PEZA.
Payment for PEZA assessment ( by VAST Lighting )

COMPLETION PERIOD:
5.1
Initial presentation of the design data shall be submitted by the Contractor / Designer to
the Owner on or before ________________________for approval of the Owner.
5.2
The complete approved design data for the complete Mechanical and Electrical plans
shall be submitted on or before _____________________________.
