To maintain a cordial relationship with all its stakeholders which are majorly
customers, Government of India, Employees and Management it maintains
communication channel through emails, press meets, one on one meets and
other mediums. Also through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter
they engage their stake holders and ensure their active participation.
State uses SBI as a channel of social development. Numerous schemes related
to a state and for the welfare of the society are introduced through SBI to
connect to the rural population and help their upliftment.

Employee Union is non supportive because their interest is more aligned towards
the interest of the employee. They have the power to take leverage of the
management of SBI. Hence they fall under the category of High threat and low
cooperation
