Insight:
Like the Walt Disney believed, If you can dream it, you can do it. Leader has so much
responsibility to take. Leadership roles are all around us, not just in a work environment.
They can be applied to any situation where you are required to take the lead, professionally,
publicly and at home. Leaders become leaders because they have sincerity, and because
people want to follow them. If you can inspire others you can be a leader. You can be a
leader not by being physically fit but emotionally also. Leaders is simply as somebody whom
people follow or as somebody who guides or directs others. Also have a lot of goals to
achieve.
