A simple remedy is take 8 pieces of tablet size ginger, and 8 of Garlic tablet size and take one by one in the
morning with water, swallow it raw and see the difference

Don't you reckon it would be too strong? I mean ginger might still be ok but garlic if swallowed raw will burn
tracts.
