disposal (invite your community; form discussion groups;
share documents; upload investment deals)
3. Get your investors vetted (FCA and/or SEC accreditations)
prior to engaging them via the platform;
4. Invite your members to invest in your posted deals;
5. HS handles all the administration process such as
reporting statements; annual auditing of your portfolios
and customer relations (optional);
