Process and Performance Design Enginer, over than 7 years working on

power generation industries covering several product types of Boiler and
Power Plant. Having experience be trained and assigned for working
overseas (USA). The skill design specialization are:
1. Review and analyze technical specifications especially on specific
instruction for design requirement and criteria.
2. Perform Thermal calculation to determine the suitable boiler type, heating
surface area required, estimate efficiency, pressure parts and non pressure
parts material selections by utilizing Customer specifications, design
standards, engineering design tools and/or other data.
3. Perform International Code calculation (i.e: ASME) to verify the pressure
parts (Header, Piping, Drum) and Tank (Blowdown Tank) compliance with
requirement Code.

4. Incorporate quality, safety, manufacturing, cost, material availability,

erection, installation, and transportation limitation into the design process.
5. Perform Boilers Auxiliary Equipment selection such as Burner, Deaerator,

6. Review design output prior submittal to external customer for design
compliance to design standards
7. Generate and analyze Flow Diagram or Piping and Instrument Diagram
