Cievi online boutique accepts the following payment methods:

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD: At the time of payment, if you choose PayPal, you will be redirected on the safe Paypal
servers, where you will be able to comfortably fullfill the payment. Paypal will relate details of the payment and the
shipping address.
Paypal also supports the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, prepaid PayPal card, PostePay, Discover,
American Express, Carta Aura. It is not necessary to be registered on Paypal, as you can also decide to insert the data of
your credit card only for a single order.

SHIPMENT
We inform you that all shipments will be processed, in order of priority, from 01/09/2015
Cievi online boutique provides the Express Shipment option, with UPS/SDA/BRT courier within 2-4 working days.
Duty for shipping cost: 19.
France, Germany, UK, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Russia, USA, Brazil, Japan, China-Duty for shipping cost: please verify
during checkout.
Once the shipment has been confirmed, Cievi online boutique will send an e-mail to the customer, reporting the tracking
number; you will be able to follow the progress of your order by clicking on the attached link.

RETURN
You will be able to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without stating any reason, within 14 days (Legislative
Decree of 6 Sept. 2005, n. 206).

Through registered letter with advice of delivery. Customer can exercise the right to withdraw within 14 working days
to be counted from receipt of the goods. The communication can be sent, within the same closing date, also through
telegram, email and/or telephone, provided that it is confirmed through registered letter with advice of delivery within
the next 48 hours. For the return to be accepted, the goods will have to be intact and properly packed , in order to avoid
damages during transportation. The refund, corresponding to the amount of the product and to the previous delivery
costs, will be paid back to the customer within 14 days since the withdraw from the purchase agreement, through the
methods preferred during the purchasing process. Shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to customers.
Cievi online boutique riserves the right to refuse damaged goods, or items purchased by VAT number.
