Benefits of Being a Loooop Franchisee

Under a Development and/or Franchise Agreement you have the following:

Event asistance( Tailor-made ice cream/dessert design)
POS/ cash register system

1 week intensive training program
A Restaurant opening crew/Manager of Operations Standards (MOS) to assist the
opening of Loooop(for a maximum period of two weeks)
Site selection design, construction & support
In exchange you pay franchise fee, continuing royalty fee and advertising contributions fee.

Operating a successful franchise requires talent, dedication, and a sincere commitment to the
Loooop brand name. Our goal as a company is and always has been to partner with the best
people in each market .
Because franchisees are so important to our success, we are looking to expand our relationship
with qualified individuals who possess the right mix of expertise and enthusiasm. We are looking
for candidates who possess each of the following characteristics:
1.Solid business experience
2.Personal record of success in business, preferably retail.
3.Has demonstrated an ability to recruit, develop and train an organization from the ground up.
4 Understands the franchise system and is willing to work within it.
5 Aggressive in the pursuit of success with a well developed brand, yet cooperative with franchisor and other
franchisees.
6. Commitment to grow with Loooop

INITIAL INVESTMENT

Equipment, Furniture, and Signs $ 41000 - $50000 USD
These fee do not include all costs associated with franchising with Loooop
Loooop is providing these figures to assist you in analyzing your proposed ice cream shop
construction. Site acquisition, site preparation and off-site utility costs are not included. We cannot estimate your
actual investment for improvements. The costs of construction vary considerably depending upon the location and
conditions affecting the local market of your shop . The above ranges represent our best estimates of construction
costs for a no seat ice cream shop. We do not warrant the accuracy of the cost estimates.

INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE

You must pay us an application processing fee of $2000USD upon submission of the
Financial Information required if you were preliminarily chosen as a qualified candidate
based on the information provided on the Personal Profile form. The application processing
fee is deemed fully earned upon payment and is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we reject your
application. If your application is rejected, we will refund the fee to you less any expenses
(including any sales commissions) we have incurred in connection with the application.
After approval of your application, you will have 90 days to submit a proposed shop site
before your application expires. You must sign the Franchise Agreement not earlier than 5
business days and not later than 15 business days after our approval of your proposed site
or your application may be terminated.
On the date you sign the Franchise Agreement, you must pay us $15,000 USDof the
$20,000USD initial franchise fee. We will credit your application fee against this $15,000
USDpayment. The remaining amount of the initial franchise fee is due no less than 20 days
prior to the date on which your shop opens for business. Each portion of the initial franchise
fee is deemed fully earned upon payment and is NON-REFUNDABLE. None of the fees
referred to above are refundable under any other circumstances.

Selection Process

The selection of new Loooop Franchisees is an important decision involving an

extensive approval process. For mutual success and satisfaction, we must
ensure that each Franchisee possesses the necessary management skills,
financial means and dedication that are required in today's
competitive market.
In the Loooop system, the selection of the best people followed by 1 week extensive
traning before the shop opening and ongoing operational and marketing support has
allowed the chain to continue its expansion.MOS will come and assist the opening of Loooop
(for a maximum period of two weeks), frequent on-site visit will be the direct link with the franchisees
in order to ensure the standards are met in all areas.
The acceptance of an application should not be considered as an approval or future
guarantee of becoming a Loooop Franchisee.
