    Leighton Contractors India Pvt. Limited has almost completed the SPM Terminal and connected
    facilities off the coast of Visakhapatnam Port for HPCL Visakh Refinery. Crude from SPM will be
    pumped and transported via the 48-inch NB line pipe laid from SPM to Crude Oil Terminal (COT)
    located near the refinery.
