Producing pupils with good proficiency in English Language and ensuring them to
apply and use English Language in daily life
1. INTRODUCTION
The ELPs Strategic Plan is to increase the level of pupils proficiency in English
Language and to help them to master primary school English Language Skills and to
practice the use of the language in daily conversation.

years before, lack of preparation is one of the reasons our participants performed at not their
best. Therefore, this year, the panitia has decide to start early in term of preparation and

SMART is a mnemonic acronym, giving criteria to guide the setting of objectives, for
example in project management, teacher-performance management and personal
