OVERVIEW OF THE PROBLEM

The researchers conducted the study at Philippine Technological Institute of

Science Arts and Trade Inc., The School is using manual process of inventory. Based on
the researchers interview with the custodian, the common problem of the school due
the inefficiency of manual inventory, security is also being risked. If not properly
monitored, theft and loss of items can actually take place. The clients responsible on the
task also needs to check the stocks once in a while so as to monitor which items are
already getting below the allowable minimum quantity.Because of the draining work,
there were circumstances when the inventory record in the computer does not tally with
the actual amount of the available items.

BREAKDOWN OD RESPONDENTS
The Researchers conduct a survey to students to come up
with evaluation survey on different category and characteristic of
proposed system. Characteristic s namely Usefulness, UserFriendliness, Accuracy, Efficient, Speed, Reliability, Design,
Performance. To be able to know and determine whether the
system is such a good and effective alternative material for
teaching, the researchers get () respondents; whose () is
professionals and are the IT Students and computer literature
person who will evaluate the system
