LIGHT TREE

ABSTRACT:
The concept of a light tree is introduced in a wavelength-routed
optical network.A light-tree is a point-to-multipoint generalization
of

lightpath.A

lightpath

is

point-to-point

all

optical

wavelenght channel connecting a transmitter at a source node to

a reciver at a destination node.Lightpath communication can
significantly reduce the number of hope (or lightpath) a packet
has to traverse; and this reduction can, in turn,significantly
improve the networks

throughput.We extend the lightpath

concept by incorporating an optical multicasting capability at the

routing nodes in order to increse the logical connectivity of the
network and future decrease its hop distance.

MONEY PAD FUTURE WALLET

ABSTRACT:
"Money in the 21st century will surely prove to be as different
from the money of the current century as our money is from that
of the previous century. Just as fiat money replaced specie-backed
paper currencies, electronically initiated debits and credits will
become the dominant payment modes, creating the potential for
private money to compete
with government-issued currencies." Just as every thing is getting
under the shadow of "e" today we have paper currency being
replaced by electronic money or e-cash.
Every time the user wants to access the Money Pad he has to
make an impression of his fingers which will be scanned and
matched with the one in the hard disk of data base server. If the
finger print matches with the user's he will be allowed to access
and use the Pad other wise the Money Pad is not accessible. Thus
providing a form of security to the ever-lasting transaction
currency of the future "e-cash".

DETECTING AND DISABLING DIGITAL

CAMERAS

ABSTRACT:
The system locates the camera, and then neutralizes it. Every digital camera has
an image sensor known as a CCD, which is retro reflective and sends light backing
directly to its original source at the same angle. Using this property and
algorithms of image processing the camera is detected. Once identified, the device
would beam an invisible infrared laser into the camera's lens, in effect
overexposing the photo and rendering it useless. Low levels of energy neutralize
cameras but are neither a health danger to operators nor a physical risk to
cameras.

DENSE WAVELENTH DIVISION

MULTIPLEXING

ABSTRACT:
The technology of combining a number of optical wavelengths and then
transmitting the same through a single fibre is called wavelength division
multiplexing (WDM). Conceptually, the technology is similar to that of
frequency division multiplexing (FDM) used in analogue transmission.
Dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) is anew born
multiplexing technology in the fibre optic transmission, bringing about a
revolution in the bit rate carrying capacity over a single fibre. The
emergent of DWDM system is one of the important phenomena in
development of optic fibre transmission. This article gives introduction of
DWDM technology.
