RESUMÉ

AIA / Los Angeles

Erin K. Gallagher 3780 Wilshire Boulevard
Suite 800
Los Angeles, California 90010

26 April 2010

With regard to open architectural positions in the Los Angeles area, I

enclose my resumé for review by firms who are interested in potential
recruitment or strategic hiring of architectural professionals.
Over a nearly ten-year career, I have developed significant strength and
experience in large- and mid-scale educational, corporate, commercial
and institutional project types in multiple markets:

• Significant experience in master planning, programming and feasibility

study development
• Significant experience in building design, document and team
management from preliminary design to construction administration
• Fluency in Revit and BIM coordination to manage internal and
consultant teams and deliver project documents from conceptual
design to construction
• Full capability within design and full-service environments
• Leadership capabilities of external project consultant teams
• Significant experience in renovation and expansion project scopes as
well as new construction
• Strength in complex building systems coordination
• Solid technical experience in the application and implication of building
and energy codes on project design
• Involvement in marketing and business development activities
• Experience in contract development and review
• Confident performance in high-level presentation environments

I seek relocation to the Los Angeles area to extend my career in a

collaborative and high-achieving organization with experience in broad
project types and presence in multiple markets. I believe transition to such
an organization may be mutually beneficial should my experience appear a
suitable fit and demonstrate potential contribution.
Thank you for your consideration. I would remain interested in
opportunities within area firms as they develop, and can be reached as
indicated below.

Best regards, CONTACT
