Mission:
Our school located in Nabatieh strives to make
students confident and creative builders of their
future through learning experiences that will assist
them to achieve their potential to adapt diversity,
and give them the spirit of internationalism in the
school which brings together teachers of different
nationalities that contributes to understanding
between nations.
Moreover students will gain access to online
courses that will increase educational opportunities
and 21st century skills. In addition our school seeks
to enroll a large number of students who would not
have the academic opportunities that we can
provide.

Vision:
To be the best school in the South of Lebanon by
demonstrating transformative methods and
techniques that prepare students for a successful
life in the ongoing century.

External assessment:
Social, cultural, demographic and natural:
Intended to fit 5000 students distributed over all
the educational stages starting from kindergarten
classes reaching grade 12, since no other schools
in South area can bear that number of students,
and teaching in ways that promote creativity,
innovation, and passion for learning. Also by the
fact that our manager will be of the French
nationality and we will be having 50% of our
teaching staff Lebanese and 50% of different
nationalities which will create the spirit of diversity
and nationalism in students, knowing that our
educators will be the best, brightest, and most
passionate educators across Nabatieh to teach in
our classrooms.
It is planned that students will be attending classes
3 days per week with a flexible schedule that ends
at 3 pm knowing that lunch will be provided by a
well serving cafeteria, the other 2 days of the week
are going to be given online where students can
attend from anywhere.

In addition the school will provide recycling


activities for students focusing on the importance
of it to lead to a greater future.
Our school will also focus on creating an
atmosphere where students, parents and staff will
work together to create a family environment for
our learners. Also we are planning to cultivate
students who will become global leaders and
citizens from which the society will benefit.
Economic:
After taking into consideration all of our schools
factors and planning to make the school accessible
to most families, the tuition fees were adjusted in a
way that suits all without affecting the schools
economy as well.

Political, governmental, and legal:


A written authorization was obtained from the
ministry of education that verifies all of the general
conditions.

Technology:

The school has planned to give online courses 2


days per week which in fact give the students the
opportunities for flexibility of scheduling whereby
they can access their courses at any time and any
place and ease of accessibility where they can
review explanations more than once. Moreover
online learning help students develop the
technological skills needed in their future careers.

Competitors:
More than 10 schools are already found in
Nabatieh such as Ecole Sagess, Notre Dames Des
Soeurs Antonines, Al Mostafa, Al Sabbah and
many others where they also provide learning in
advanced techniques (such as I-pads and
technological instruments)similar to our school,
the fact that threatens starting a project like this.

The last steps in our project we can highlight and


point out that our investment will not success
because in Nabatieh there is a competition
running up with many schools. In fact more than
5 schools have the same system in learning as

ours in addition to its reputations and credibility


so entering the competition couldnt be easy
because the competitors are more strong in
many respects, furthermore we have to do a
height feasibility study to make sure that our
school will have a place in the market in addition
we have to keep in mind the average income of
the families and study it because our school will
be more expensive than the others and the main
reason would be online courses.
