and modular development concepts to gain step function performance improvements.

IT Manager Enterprise Security & Active Directory (1998-2008)


Managed the server environments of worldwide employee Windows Active Directory log-ons and PC
Security/Patch system management. Supervised team of 20 employees and led global development teams to
successful execution of large enterprise projects.
Key Achievements:
Hands-on security leader, architected end-to-end security solution, advanced threat protection to the next
generation with Kerberos single sign-on authentication, data encryption and disaster recovery policies.
Architected the corporate W2K strategy and managed the conversion of the entire company to Active
