Transportista en relacin a lo indicado en el modelo de Contrato de la Seccin

6 de esta Convocatoria.

Licitacin de esta Convocatoria y de comn acuerdo con la Comisin, cul
utilizar en el diseo.

El Transportista deber considerar para todas las normas nacionales, la

versin que se encuentre vigente antes de la Fecha de Presentacin y
Apertura de Proposiciones, solo en la medida en que dichos cambios afecten al
Transportista en relacin a las condiciones establecidas en la Seccin 6 de
esta Convocatoria.
