I,RoseAnneD.Bala,theundersigned,oflegalage,andaresidentof#21GaliciaStreet,
Sampaloc Manila, accuses Carlito A. Diaz and Wilfred O. Revilla of the crime of
Robbery,committedasfollows:
1. Ataround11:30PMofSaturday,July21,2012,I,RoseAnneD.Balawaspassing
by P.Noval Street, Sampaloc Manila to my apartment at #21 Galicia Street,
SampalocManila.
2. WhileIwaspassingbythesaidstreetIwasholdingashoulderbagonmyright
armandabookontheleftarm,walkinginamoderate pacetowardsEspana
Boulevard.
3. That at P.Noval Street, before I cross Espana Boulevard, two men riding a
motorcycle stopped in front of me. The man riding at the back, holding a
balisongwhichwaspointedatmesaid,akinnaangbagmokungayawmong
maymangyaringmasamasayo.

4. BecauseofterriblefearthatthemanwouldstabmeifIdidnotgivemybagto
him,Ihandedhimmybagcontainingthefollowing:
a. AbrownGuesswalletwithIdentificationcards,ATMcardandacreditcard
insidetogetherwithacashworthtwothousandpesos(P2,000.00).
b. AblackBlackberryCurve
c. ASamsunggalaxytabSIII
d. Schoolmaterialssuchasabluenotebookandapencase.
5. That after the man took my shoulder bag, I screamed loudly the words
magnanakaw!Magnanakaw!Habulinniyo!

6. Thatmaybebecauseoftwistofluck,apolicecarpassedbyrightafterthesaid
incident which immediately chased the two men in motorcycle. They crossed
EspanaBoulevardandIalreadylostsightofthemafterseveralseconds.
7. Thatthetwomen,asIremembered,werebothwearingjackets;themaninfront,
drivingwaswearingabluejacketandmaongpantswhilethemanatthebackwas
wearingablackjacketwithmaongpants.Themaninfrontwaswearingahelmet
whilethemanatthebackwaswearingablackcap.
8. ThemotorcyclewasaredYamahamotorcycleandinsteadofaplatenumber,a
platewiththewordsforregistrationwasvisiblefromtheback.
9. Bothmenareofnormalbuilt,appearedtobekayumanggiorbrownskinned
andofaverageheight.
10. That after a few minutes of standing at that street, a police mobile suddenly
appearedsayingthattheotherpolicemeninthecarwhichchasedthetwomenin
themotorcyclereportedtheincidenttothemsotheywenttoP.Novalareaand
found me standing in front of a closed establishment, almost near Espana
Boulevard.
11. ThatIwasshakingandcryingwhenthepolicemencametogetme.Theybrought
metotheanearbypolicestationwhereInarratedtheincident.
12. Afterabout40minutesinthepolicestation,thereweretwopolicemen,lateron
identifiedasPO2DonnaMaeAnneS.GragasinandPO2MarkArthurCatabona,
whowereaccompanyingtwomenwhoappearedtobethemenwhograbbedmy
handbag.
13. Lateron,Ipositivelyidentifiedthetwomenasthosewhowereinthemotorcycle
becauseoftheblackcap,theblueandblackjacketsthattheywearrespectively.
14. Thattheshoulderbagthatwassnatchedfrommewithforceandintimidationwas
with PO2 Catabona already who alleged that he got the same during the
apprehensionthattheydid.Allthethingsinsidemybagwererecoveredingood
condition.
15. Thatallthesestatedhereinaretrueandwerestatedfreelywithoutanyforceor
intimidationdoneagainstme.
16. Toattesttothetruthfulnessoftheforegoing,I,RoseAnneD.Bala,complainat,
attachesmysignaturebelow.
