Temporary Repair

It is a permanent change
It includes all the modifications to the
plant facilities.(examples given below)
Any change in already approved
process specification, pipe isometrics,
change in P&IDs or drawings of a
project also falls under this catagory

It is a temporary change.
It includes all the changes carried out
in emergency situations.
It is for a limited period of time.
Debox date is mentioned on the
temporary repair form and repair
should be reverted before that date

Test Run Authorization

Document Change

It is a permanent change.
It includes all the changes which are not
replacement in kind.
Any permanent change in process
specifications, change in P&IDs) and
safety critical equipment is not covered
in subtle change

Test Run Authorization is required to


record the behaviour of different
parameters after a change is
performed on an equipment or
troubleshooting
TRA is also required to test run the
plant to establish increased
production rates.

It includes any kind of changes


and revisions in controlled
documents.
Any additions or deletions to
controlled documents also fall
under this catagory .
