1.1

Human Resources will provide support for Company Resources Planning and
systems development activities.

1.2

Human Resources will support the enhancement of employees performance


through competency, policies and programs, appropriate assessment, recognition
and reward mechanisms.

To fulfill organizations requirement for manpower.

To monitor the employees and give counseling or advised and inform them based
on the previous performance result.

Responsibilities:

The Top Management may oversee several departments and lead the
activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and
development, or employee relations.

5.2.2

The HR focus on organizational tasks (plans programs and processes);


resources for the organization (recruit, hire, develop employees);
performance management (performance standards, identify performance
problems, coordinate and document disciplinary action); employee
development (provide training and coaching); employee relations (build
relationship with employees through various policies and procedures);
employee welfare and health and safety.
