Agreement to Sell/ MoU with pasted passport size photograph of Transferor and Transferee and
duly notarized on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-.
Fresh Banks signature verification certificate for signatures of Transferor and Transferee. I t
should be duly stamped by Authorized Signatory of the Bank.
Self attested Address proof, Identification proof and Copy of the PAN Card of Transferor and
Transferee.
Affidavit of Transferor on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-.
Undertaking by Transferee on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/NOC from dealer.

Hereinafter called Transferor which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, mean and

WHEREAS

Transferor
had
deposited
a
sum

investment/booking and has, therefore, approached the Transferor for purchasing the said booking
from Transferor. Accordingly the Transferor has agreed to transfer the said booking in favour of the
Transferee on the following terms:1.

That the Transferor has agreed to assign all his rights, title, claims and interests of his above
said

future project of Company in favour of the Transferee. In return the Transferee has paid/
agreed to pay an amount of Rs. . for transfer of the rights in the investment by

requested the said Company to transfer and assign the said booking in favour of the
Transferee.

That both the parties swear and affirm that the documents with respect to the said booking are
genuine and authentic which the Transferee has duly inspected, verified and inquired about
the antecedents of said Transferor who has executed all the necessary documents for
assignment of his rights in favour of the Transferee.

4.

That neither the Transferor nor his any legal heirs/representatives shall be left with any right,
title, interest, claim or concern with the said booking and/or Advance Registration after the
said transfer and Transferor or anybody else claiming through him shall not make any claim
against the said Company.

5.

That the Transferee agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of the allotment and
application for advance Registration made by Transferor with the Company. The Transferee
also undertakes to pay all amounts due or such amount as may be due or may become due at
any later stage to the Company in respect of the said endorsement/assignment and the
subsequent allotment of the property.

I have purchased the property rights of the above said Flat from abovesaid Sh.

mediation of our dealer Mr. _________.
That I have seen personally the project and have enquired about the status and all other
things from the market and then had contacted the dealer and the seller to sell the rights in
the property to me.
That I am aware of all the pros and cons or the issues involved in the property transactions
and though I have already given undertakings and indemnity however I am clarifying here
again that I will not raise any objection to the demands applicable to me and I will pay as and
whenever such demand is raised. I have seen the Builder Buye*r Agreement (BBA) and I
have agreed to its terms. I have seen all the charges applicable as on date and the charges
which may be levied in the future on this property.
That I further agree that all the terms in the BBA shall become applicable on me from the day
of endorsement of the agreement and not from the day of original booking. I will not claim
anything otherwise. My above submissions can be taken as part of the BBA as my accepted
terms.
