PROCESSING PROCEDURES UPON CANDIDATE APPROVAL


CANDIDATE
1. Confirm Job Offer duly signed with printed name, signature, date and thumb mark
(photocopy for applicant and processing office).
2. Processing officer are responsible to review the candidate documents with original and discuss
the following:

Benefits
Years of contract
Transportation and accommodation
Ticket
Vacation
Food Allowance if available
MALE Candidates required for leave out accommodation. Candidates will be
accommodate for housing in 3 months only without housing and transpo allowance.
FEMALE Candidates with husband or parents in Riyadh are not required for Housing
accommodation.
Job Description provide applicant copy with signature over printed name and date.
Typing Test
Availability of Visa Category or title
Availability of Approved Job offer in POEA and Visa Usage.
Old Authenticated Documents with Embassy Stamped is ACCEPTABLE.
Employment Contract candidate must read and signed the employment contract
Affidavit for notarization in any City Hall
OMA Certificate (Muslim) issued from Office MANILA (OMA) branch ONLY. OMA Cert
issued from other provinces is NOT ACCEPTABLE by Saudi Embassy Office.
Validity of Passport, NBI, PRC ID
Passport with Libya Stamped is not acceptable to the Saudi Embassy Office, the candidate
passport must be renewed.
Availability of Final Exit (for ex-KSA) if available
Gender of the Candidate as per Saudi Embassy policy (personal appearance)

Others: Candidate must provide xerox copy of birth certificate, marriage contract, senior ID of
qualified beneficiary/s for Philhealth purposes. Qualified beneficiary/s: Parents - 60 yrs. old
above), children, spouse.
3. MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Name and address of the medical clinic will be given to the candidate for reference.
Processing officer will discuss the following: KEEP ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF THE MEDICAL
EXAM as required by KF for reimbursement of the medical fee (upon arrival in KF). NO
ORIGINAL RECEIPT NO REFUND.
Requirements to bring in the medical exam are as follows:

KFR MEDICAL CHECK OFF FORMS with LBS stamped


Medical Fee
4 pcs 2x2 white background
Stool
Fasting (6-8hrs) from midnight no liquid and solid intake
Eyeglass or reading glass (if available)

Some medical examination consists of Phase 1 and 2 including;

Physical Examination

MMR vaccine once declared fit to work

Blood Exam

Dental

Chest x-ray

Psychological Exam

Ophthalmology bring reading/eye glass if available

Medical history: Minor/Major operations, History of Asthma etc.

Others: Discuss with the candidate some GCC guidelines and other medical problems
After 2-3 days applicant is advised to GO BACK/CALL THE CLINIC to follow up the medical
result; any instructions of pending/repeat examinations will be discussed by the clinic.
If candidate declared FIT TO WORK . Candidate proceed for the additional medical
requirements of KF as follows:

Antibody test - measles, rubella, varicella (chickenpox), mumps if NEGATIVE


RESULT requires for vaccination.
PPD test (skin test) advised candidate to come back in the clinic after 3 days
to check the skin test if positive to negative. If failed to come back in the clinic
after 3 days clinic will not consider the test.
Hepatitis B profile(Hbs antibody, Hbc antibody & Hbs antigen)
Papsmear (FEMALE FOR MARRIED/SINGLE with child/children ONLY) request
to her personal OB Gyne.

Note: Agency or clinic will be relayed to the candidate if requires to undergo


vaccination.
DOCUMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION: MUST BE DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE REST OF THE
PROCEDURES

If College undergraduate required to authenticate of the High School Diploma and Form

Note: Must be authenticated in School where graduated. Bring all original documents and
photocopy (any size). Need to be accomplished ahead because it will take about two (2) weeks
or more. Authenticated Diploma & TOR with stamped of the Saudi Embassy is one of the main
requirements for passport visa stamping.
AGENCY (Processing Office)
Once FIT TO WORK, candidate will:
1. Report to the agency for POEA and VISA PROCESSING all lacking requirements
Passport, NBI, OMA Cert (muslim), Authenticated Documents TOR and Diploma,
Notarized Affidavit must be submitted ALL ORIGINAL.
2. Agency prepares CAAR (Candidate Acceptance and Routing) to be check and sign by the
candidate. Discuss with candidate regarding Hospital Housing Policy.
3. Agency provide forms for the candidate:

Confidentiality Statement
Patient Information and Consent
Compliance and Disclosure Form
Receipt of Required KFSHRC
Reimbursement for Medical Examination Form

Note: Php 3,000 Payment inclusive of Phil Health (Php 2,400), Pag-Ibig (100) and
Saudi Health Certificate (Php 500) must be paid once POEA Overseas Employment
Certificate (OEC) is on-process.
4. Candidate will attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) referral from
processing officer.
5. Visa Request agency will request to the Client/Employer once candidate is FIT TO WORK
awaiting of visa from the Client/Employer will takes 2-3 weeks or more.
6. Upon release of the PASSPORT WITH STAMPED VISA and POEA Overseas Employment
Certificate (OEC) agency will request the Prepaid Ticket Authorization (PTA) to the
client/employer; agency and/or client/employer will arrange candidate flight booking.
7. Female candidates will undergo SERUM PREGNANCY TEST one day prior to departure
8. Arrival Notification will be forwarded directly to the client/employer one (1) week prior to
departure of applicant to arrange meet and greet.
9. FINAL BRIEFING (one or two days prior to departure) - once cleared for the processing
office; all travel documents i.e. passport, ticket etc. will be given to the applicant.
