This is a high-end kit. If you want to see what this will look like on your bike, please see our
customer reviews further down. This is the upgraded version of the 48V 10Ah kit and includes LCD
backlit display with multiple metric readouts (plus 5 level pedal assist control), military grade
waterproof connections and wiring loom.
This kit now also comes standard with a new version of the rear rack which will save you a lot of
time when setting up the kit. One of the drawbacks of previous rear rack kits is that they could
only be installed onto hard tail bikes. The new rear rack has provision for installation on both hard
tail AND dual suspension bikes, making it a truly universal conversion kit.
As if that wasn't enough, the latest version of this kit also uses our newest innovation (RPAS)
which will save you about 3 hours of time and your sanity when installing the pedal assist sensor!
Read below for more information.
This kit includes everything needed to convert your own standard bike into a top-of-the-line
performance electric bike, including the very latest Lithium Ion polymer battery that delivers
unmatched performance, reliability and longevity.
The Dillenger e-bike conversion kits are built and tested to the highest standards and subsequently
we are able to offer the industries most comprehensive warranty and after sales support to all of
our customers.
We've removed all the clutter and complication that previously made e-bike conversion 'clunky'
and problematic (not to mention unsafe and frustrating).
RPAS
New Dillenger kits now feature a nifty little invention called 'Removable Pedal Assist Sensor' or
RPAS.
Dillinger's RPAS is a new innovation which replaces traditional sensors. The problem with the
traditional sensors is that they require the crank to be removed, the bottom bracket to be undone
and there can also be problems with compatibility. Often there isn't quite enough room for the
PAS disk behind the chain wheel which can lead to further complication. Crank and bottom
bracket removal also requires specialist tools.
The beauty of the RPAS is that it does not require the removable of ANY of the components on the
bike! Its designed so that the magnetic hall effect disk fits universally onto the left hand crank axel
using a split disk arrangement, held in place by a Circlip. The sensor is then mounted easily using
cable ties onto the base of the seat tube (just above the bottom bracket housing). The sensor
module mounts easily to the frame and the sensor articulates so that it can be positioned with
ease to the correct proximity.
Crank drive vs. hub drive
Have you been reading up on crank drive kits and want to know how they compare to hub drive?
Please scroll down to our first customer review for a customers insight on how they compare
(including photographs).
Motor
The latest evolution 1,000W direct drive brushless DC hub motor
48V for increased torque up hills
Thicker phase wires improve long term reliability for heavier loads
Battery
48V, 10Ah Rear Rack Lithium Ion Polymer battery (54.6V actual voltage)
Battery performance and longevity is protected (both thermal and low voltage cut off) by the
motor controller and the onboard battery management system (BMS)
Charge time is approx. 3-4 hours if charged from flat
Installs easy on ANY bike and looks great (universal rack included)
Nominal design life - greater than 1000 cycles (3-4 years of regular use)
Battery only weight 5.5lb approx.
Battery chemistry: LiMn2O4 (see FAQ). LiMn2O4 (Lithium Manganese Oxide) has a lower impact
on the environment than Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LiCoO2) and also has a longer proven design life
and higher specific power rating. Lithium Manganese Oxide also has a lower production cost and
higher energy density than Lithium Ion Phosphate (LiFePO4), making it the ideal chemistry for the
performance electric bike application.
Kit Performance (this will vary depending on your installation, your ride and your weight)
Top speed no pedalling (chain removed) 20-30mph on flat
No pedalling (chain removed) 10% gradient, holds 18mph
Range no pedalling (chain removed) 12 miles with hills
Range Low PAS 35 miles (some hills, some flat ground) no throttle
Medium PAS 26 miles (some hills, some flat ground) no throttle
High PAS 21 miles (some hills, some flat ground) no throttle
4.19 Watt High Power 6x6 Mono Solar Cells (100 celdas solares)
4.19 watt 6x6 Monocrystalline Solar Cells for making DIY Panel
Total 410 watts in this pack! THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES 100 SOLAR CELLS
High power mono crystalline solar cells 4.19 watts per cell!
Product Details
DIY Solar Cells Technical Data:
These solar cells are factory presorted, grade A solar cells with very consistent power, current, and
NARROW specifications! Compared to the solar cells with very wide specs, such as 3.5-4 watts,
EACH and EVERY cell is rated at 4.19 watts (+-5%), and this will give you the desired output of your
solar panels with great consistency.
The following are the technical specs: (+-5% variance)
Power: 4.19 W
Short circuit current (Isc): 8.49 A
Open circuit voltage (Voc): 0.625 V
Maximum power current (Imax): 8.12 A
Maximum power current (Vmax) 0.52 V
DimensionL: nearly 6 inches by 6 inches or 156mm by 156mm
Weight: Just above 6 grams, or 0.2 oz.
These 6x6 (156mmx156mm) Mono Crystalline solar cells have all been visually inspected and
physically sorted to ensure there are NO chips or corner breakouts. There cells have NO soldering
or desoldering marks either on the front or back sides of the solar cell bus bars.
This set of new 6"x6" solar cells are mono crystalline cells made by an American solar company
that has produced solar products in the United States for decades. Mono crystalline solar cells are
made from mono ingots / wafers which produce the highest efficiency silicon solar cells on the
market today.
This listing contains 500 feet tabbing wire, 50 feet bus wire, 4 Rosin Flux Pens and 6 pcs 15amp

Item details:
This tabbing wire is perfect for the Do It Yourselfer building your own solar modules.
*Tabbing Wire Specification:
Size: 0.2mm x 1.6mm (thickness x width)
Solder Thickness: 0.05 +/- 0.01mm
Solder Type: 60/40 (sn/pb)
*Bus Wire Specification:
Size: 0.2mm x 5mm (thickness x width)
Solder Thickness: 0.05 +/- 0.01mm
Solder Type: 60/40 (sn/pb)
*Flux Pen Specification:
Rosin flux is a chemical cleaning agent that facilitates soldering, and it's in a very user friendly pen
format for easy application onto our solar cells's bus bars and tabbing wires. Always apply flux on
the bus bars or wires first before soldering, and the bonding job will be easy. It works great with
our solar cells.
Superior fluxing ability Instant wetting After soldering, the rosin residue is non-corrosive, nonconducting, moisture resistant, and fungus resistant Meets Mil. spec. #RA 14256 ANSI Spec. 004
ROMI class, J Standard How to use the flux pen:
The tip of the flux pen is dry when new. There is a seal inside the flux that you need to break
before the flux liquid will moist the tip. To break the seal, point the flux pen upward, and depress
the tip into the shaft of the pen. The tip will spring back to its original position. Wait for a few
minutes then the tip will be moister and ready for use.
