That as an act of liberality and generosity, the donor hereby voluntarily and freely, GIVES, CONVEYS, and

That the DONEE shall utilize the property as the site for relocation of the ILOCOS SUR 2 ND DISTRICT

That the DONOR has sufficient funds and property reserved for its obligations;
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in favor of the DPWH, ILOCOS SUR
2ND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE by the DONOR, subject to the conditions set forth herein, and expresses
appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and generosity of the DONOR
