Delivered $4.2 million in new EBITDA in 2 years (20132014) by initiating an organizational
transformation focused around:
TEAM: Overhauled job descriptions, performance appraisal programs, and accountability
processes to better align operations with the companys long-term goals and financial cycles.
SYSTEMS: Created and refined systems for tracking costs, improving efficiency, minimizing loss,

STRUCTURE: Installed new departments and functions to support field operations, including IT,
maintenance, and management recruitment.

operational support. Led teams in driving process improvement initiatives focused around speed
of service, new product launches, and more.

communication process to ensure each location had up-to-date materials for each marketing
window.
Launched a semiannual program that improved restaurant appearance and the guest experience
