This Privacy Policy is a part of the Customer Service Agreement (CSA) between customer and Mercury Wireless, LLC. To the extent allowed to Mercury Wireless under the laws of the state in which service is provided, and under all federal laws of the United States---Mercury Wireless will not disclose, nor permit access to any confidential information of a Client or any nonpublic personal information of Customers to persons outside of Mercury Wireless except those specifically required to fulfill Mercury Wireless contractual obligations with the Client and as otherwise authorized by Client or a Customer. We will only share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Mercury Wireless if we have a good-faith belief that (a) access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) information is needed to enforce the Customer Service Agreement, including investigation of potential violations (c) information is needed to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (d) information is needed to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Mercury Wireless, its employees, our subscribers, or the public as required or permitted by law. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners like publishers and advertisers. If Mercury Wireless is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy. In connection with the provision of services to the client, Mercury Wireless will take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of nonpublic personal information and to protect against anticipated threats and hazards to the security of such information. Mercury Wireless will take all commercially reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any Client or customer. If a breach in security results in an unauthorized intrusion into Mercury Wireless systems that directly affects a Client or a Customer, Mercury Wireless will notify the Client of the intrusion within the timeframes established by applicable Federal or State requirements. Mercury Wireless will inform the Client of the information compromised and will subsequently report the corrective action taken in response to the event. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
