Assessment (EIA)
Note: This list gives only the categories of projects that may require EIA. Whether a
project will significantly affect the environment or not depends on a number of factors,
including the scale, geographical location and nature of the project. Detailed information
will be required from the developer before a decision will be made as to whether an EIA
will be necessary. Completion of the application form for Environmental Permit will
provide the Agency with the necessary information to enable decision making.
