STRATEGIC PLANNING
Machine-to-Machine (M2M)/ Internet of Things (IoT) activations and partner engagement were lagging. Planned
and implemented a joint sales team-partner business planning sessions. Obtained cross-functional support,
oversaw development of opportunity identification website and brokered select account opportunities. Increased
M2M activations by 77% year over year.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Revenue was declining and healthcare vertical needed to be revitalized. Developed business plan and engaged
traditional, non-traditional, partners and sales channels. Improved collaboration across sales teams and aligned
incentives with rewards. Grew monthly revenue for territory from $1.7M to $5.2M over 4-year period.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Relationship between leadership, internal sales team and partners was fragmented. Created and implemented
Partner of the Month program. Led training sessions, facilitated 1-on-1 engagements and reinforced
commitment with individual recognition. Increased M2M activations from 6.5K to 9K; a 38.4% improvement.
