information as I sent you and my counter suit CASE # 168D003560. I want your firm to be
made aware of the dishonor and fraud. Total pages including Coversheet: 16 pages.

NAJARIAN HOLDINGS LLC has not shown proof of ownership of the Property nor have
they disclosed the bookkeeping and accounting per G.A.A.P. I have not been provided with
evidence of a Bill Of Sale nor Title and there is no lien recorded anywhere except the lien I
filed February 28,2016 in the County of DeKalb. This is fraud in the factum.
I personally attended the Foreclosure Auction March 1,2016 outside of the Fulton County
Courthouse and no one representing NAJARIAN HOLDINGS LLC was there to bid on the
property 6330 Mozart Drive and the property is not on the Foreclosure Auction list of
March 1,2016 at all.
