INTRODUCTION

Mma- Selae Investments CC is a wholly 100% Black Youth and woman

owned company based in Limpopo Province. The company was
established from a multi disciplinary experienced team of young people
in housing development as a service provider mainly to service the
entire Republic of South Africa in these industries. We are a medium
sized concern that has embraced change to meet the needs of South
Africa and its people.

We have a close-knit group of professionals as well as support staff that

undertakes both large and small projects in the industry. The company
was established in response to the need of South Africa to respond
creatively and with energy to the gaping, deficiencies in its society and
economy. Our intervention strategies are primarily guided by our clients
needs.

Mma-Selae Investments has grown into being one of the most reliable
housing development companies. We have an extensive experience in
executing our related profession projects. Our company employs
experienced consultants who undergo in-housing training and training
course.

(Rural Development Project) Houses for over 5 years. The experience
that the company has accumulated over the years is our biggest strength.
We bring with us a specialized construction team.

Having Built RDP houses in most corners of the province, is another

added advantage of our company because we have aligned ourselves and
created relationships with material suppliers in most towns.
