Izhar Private (Pvt) Limited (Ltd) Karachi, Pakistan. Civil Engineer Since March 2007

Agility Site (Port Qasim Karachi Pakistan): – I was deputed as a civil engineer 200,000 Sq ft warehouse Pre
Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with super flat flooring, dock levellers, racking and cold storage. The VNA flooring
was carried out under the supervision of FACE Consultants of United Kingdom. I was leading the team of project
engineers, technical and non technical staffs and surveyors right from planning to enabling stage. I was responsible of
maintaining the time, budget and resources. My responsibilities includes monitoring the progress of activities against the
planned schedules. I had to ensure the quality of the work, health and safety regulations on daily basis.

Achievements:

• Nominated twice (2007 and 2008) as a team leader of "minimum overhead consuming team".

• I received cash award against timely handover of this tight timeline project.

• I was a team member the second largest revenue generating team of year 2007.

Tuwairqi Steel Mills (Pakistan Steel Mill, Port Qasim Karachi Pakistan): – Izhar Pvt Ltd was commissioned to
construct the steel producing Mill, the facility is being built to reduce the supply and demand gap of construction and other
steel products. The concept design of the facility was introduced by Midrex, USA which afterwards converted and design
by Halcrow Group, United Kingdom. The construction works includes Heavy equipment foundations, steel structures
and building structures. I was allocated the project manager of 500 acre steel producing. My key responsibilities includes,
supervision and monitoring of over all works, meeting with clients, design coordination, safety coordination, preparing
progress reports, highlighting predicament and solutions.

Orient Energy Systems (Korangi, Karachi Pakistan): – The job was awarded to Izhar Pvt Ltd to construct the 90 MW
power plant comprising of 32 Generator Foundation, Engine halls, office area My key responsibilities includes, meeting
with clients, design coordination, safety coordination, preparing progress reports. The main contractor of the project is
General Electric USA.This project is currently in progress.

Achievements:

• Successful Handover of the project enabling client to start up the project within scheduled timelines.

• Part of the team who earned "best profit project of 2009".

DHL PAKISTAN Pvt Ltd Karachi, Pakistan. Assistant Manager Projects Dec 2004 to March 2007

I was hired by DHL Pakistan in 2004 as a Project Engineer and later promoted to Assistant Manager Projects, my responsibilities
includes, making feasibility reports of the their local projects, Budgeting, hiring of design consultants, monitoring contractors
progress, verify their payments and handover of projects to DHL operations department. I successfully executed their service
centres in different cities of Pakistan. One of their significant project is located at JInnah international airport Karachi Pakistan,

The project shall be developed as a facility comprising a Cargo Warehouse Building, an Office Building, Car Park,
Cafeteria, Loading and Unloading Platforms.
Adnan Asdar and Associates Site Engineer March 2003 to Nov 2004

Adnan Asdar Associates is one of the largest Projects and construction management services providers in Pakistan. I was
appointed as a Trainee engineer and afterwards promoted to site engineer. I was deputed at DHL corporate office building
Karachi and MCB tower (the tallest building in Pakistan). My responsibilities includes, verification of contractors bills,
making of progress report, design coordination with design consultant.
