The chairperson welcomed all members and thanked them for their
cooperation and presence at the meeting

3. Minutes of the last meeting
Puan Zaleha binti Badiul Zaman proposed the last minutes to be
confirmed and was seconded by Puan Areymalah a/p

4. The chairperson informs the members that PLC (Professional

Learning Cooperations) is mentioned by the PPD and they want it to
be implemented in school as soon as possible.
5. All teachers who had attended any course should deliver an inhouse training activity to all the teachers.
6. According to the PPD, every Panel must have one reference file.
7. The PPD will be visiting the schools in Kinta Selatan starting 10
August 2015 . The are coming in 3 groups or units such as the
Management, the curriculum and the academic sectors.
8. The chairperson also informs that the PPPBISM plan is a compulsory
plan by the year 2016.
9. Every activity must be recorded and keep in a file where it can be
referred.

By 2017 the KBSM program will be changed to KSSM program
especially for the Form 1 teachers.

All the teachers by that time will be eligible to be elected as JU
(Jurulatih Daerah)

For the latest Peperiksaan Pertengahan Tahun (PPT) the GK
thanks to all the English teachers for their cooperations.

The chairperson emphazises that for the Form 5 teachers they
should have done with EWS (
)

All teachers must be awared that they should conduct and
prepare three major examanations one year such as Ujian Selaras
1, Peperiksaan Pertengahan Tahun, and Peperiksaan Akhir Tahun.

Teachers too have to prepare the Analysis and Post Mortem of
those examanations especially for those who are teaching Form 5
(SPM)

The Analysis and Post Mortem too is a must for the teachers
who are involved in teaching and conducting Trial Examination for
Form 5 students.

For PT3, the schedule of conducting the exam is prepared by
the Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia and all the PT3 teachers will be
informed and they will attend several courses relating to the
management of the examination and the marking schemes.

The PPD also had provided the schools with the literature
modules and they want all the activities to be recorded in files.

Regarding the Target Quality, the English Panel Head, Cik
Chung Yin Har mentioned that 10 Form 5 students should be
targeted to get A for English in this year SPM .

Overall at the moment, the percentage of examination results
especially for English is 75.4 %

It is hoped that the 10 Form students can help to increase the
results from 5.56 % to 5.79%

For the Trial Examination, it will be conducted in the school
hall for 4 class of students and the rest 2 class of students will do
the examination in their classes.

This examination management can be referred to Cik Kong

Teachers will use the PLC system to checked the examination
papers and normally it will involve 3 teachers to do the job.

The Mock Test will also be conducted after the Trial
Examination.

Marks should be key- in as soon as the examination finished
according to the dateline.
27.
All teachers too must be alert that the Program Peningkatan
has to be done as soon as possible to upgrade the results.

The programs are Jejak Harapan for Form 3 and Rintis
Gemilang for Form 5

Additional programs will later be informed

For 2016, the teachers must tell the students that they have
to concerntrate on only the subjects which they can actually scores
with high grades
31.
For students who are often absent without MC, all the teachers
must take note that those students are not allowed to sit for the
examination.

Encik Mohamad bin Othman is selected as Coordinator for the
PPPBISM while Puan Noorhayani binti Haji Isa is the coordinator for
PLC programs
33.
For PT3 teachers, they must prepare the students with some
exercises.
34.
All the ULBS forms must be signed by the principal and later to
be collected by Puan Zuliatul Akmar binti Zulkpli.
35.
The absentees for PT3 will have to be given a chance to sit for
the examination because they might help to upgrade the results.
36.
Stationaries for the teachers can be obtained from the Panel
or from the school office.
37.
