Supervise and schedule plant workers activities, write a log on MS Excel of the events

Detect or investigate any environmental or safety hazard and generate a report of it

Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems at the plant and schedule maintenance
programs

Train workers in job duties and instruct health and safety guidance at the plant

Prepare large quantities of different drilling fluids for oil wells on-shore and offshore

Requisition of chemical supply and assist and prepare reports to operational meetings

Supply successfully on-time drilling fluid for simultaneous wells on the initial water based mud
stage and final completion stage
Improvement on the supply-chain procedure
Supply over 200m3 of water based mud daily on the multiple well stage
Re-configuration of water based mud plant increasing efficiency (current development)

Supply successfully on-time Off-shore materials prepared at base Villahermosa for shipment to
offshore region platforms in Cd. Del Carmen more than 1000 totems sent every year.
Designed polymer blend for the loss circulation stage of exploratory wells in Cantarell
which allows better logging, reason why became plant supervisor.
