Our law office was founded in 1990 as a public
notary. Since 2010, We established Syalendra,
Milwani ibrahim & Partners as an intellectual
property and Business / commercial law firm in
Indonesia.

established as a Notary public to now. Then, our

As a Notary/PPAT, He handled issues related to credit agreements, mortgage,
investment agreements and other agreements. Some companies that had been

He has obtained the consultant and attorney training programme in Intellectual Property
Rights, cooperation between the law faculty of Krinadwipayana University and the
Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Justice and Human
Rights, Republic of Indonesia. He has obtained the qualification to become registered IP
attorney. He became a registered Intellectual Property Attorney and established Milwani
Ibrahim Law Office , has become Syalendra, Milwani Ibrahim & Partners now.

Syalendra Ibrahim joined Milwani Ibrahim Notary in 2006. Syalendra Ibrahim received
his law degree in business and industrial law from the University of Trisakti, Indonesia in
2005 and has two master's degree in commercial law and generic law from University of
Monash, Australia in 2009 and 2010.
He has passed the consultant and attorney training programme in Intellectual Property,
a cooperation between the law faculty of Padjajaran University and the Directorate
general of Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Republic
of Indonesia. He has obtained the qualification to become registered Intellectual
Property Rights attorney.
Muhammad Nasyrayudi Ibrahim SH., MIT.
Muhammad Nasyrayudi Ibrahim received his law degree in business and industrial law
from the University of Trisakti, Indonesia in 2007 and has a masters degree in
Information Technology (web applications) from Swinburne University, Australia in
2012. He joined Milwani Ibrahim Notary in 2007.
He has passed the consultant and attorney training programme in Intellectual Property,
a cooperation between the law faculty of Jayabaya University and the Directorate
general of Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Republic
of Indonesia. He has obtained the qualification to become registered Intellectual
Property Rights attorney.
