1. Briefly describe your ideal job?
My ideal job is to work in a hospital that will boost my professional experience
and train me to be one of the best pharmacist that I can be. Also, to work in a
hospital where not only my career will soar but will also cater the needs of the social
aspect of my life.

My goal is to become a successful pharmacist working in a highly recognized
Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
4. How do you plan to achieve these goals?
To achieve this goal, I would work really hard and would provide the needed work
that is required in my job. I would also like to attend seminars and trainings to
further educate myself and to gather more knowledge that I can use to contribute in
the hospital that I would be working to.
5. Can you work well under deadlines or pressure?
Yes, in fact, in my previous job as a pharmacist here in St lukes Medical center, we
are expected to deliver the best work there is, no error should be made as much as
possible. We are constantly under pressure every day in our work, but I managed
to make it as a motivation to do my best constantly.
6. Tell us about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What were
the repercussions?
Once, when I failed to meet a deadline it was because of poor time management,
from here I learned to balance out my time and divide all my work to meet all the
expected job there is. The consequences was small only, the report that was due
that day and was submitted on the other day instead.

8. Why do you want to work here?

I want to work here to have a better career opportunity in a new environment
setting. To further improve my skills as a pharmacist and to be able to boost my
career into a new level.
9. Why should we hire you over the others waiting to be interviewed?
You should hire me as a pharmacist because I have an advantage of working
previously in one of the worlds best hospital here in the Philippines and being a
staff on it we were trained to also become one of the best in the field. I have a lot of
trainings also both as a pharmacist and clinical pharmacist that can be of help in any
work setting. I also have great knowledge on drugs and its usage based from my
previous experience.
10. Give us details of your present Employment Status.
Currently I am working as a clinical pharmacist where in my role is to provide critical
information and advice to patients and doctors regarding possible drug interactions,
side effects, dosage and proper medication storage. I have collaborated closely with
healthcare professionals to monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of
drugs or drug regimens. I was assigned to Surgical Oncology unit so I have
knowledge on oncology pharmacy protocols, engaging with healthcare professionals
such as doctors and nurses on how to properly handle oncology drugs . I have also
entered new patient profiles and prescriptions into medication input software
system and provided counseling to them.

15. What is your Future Plans for the Company if Permanently Employed?
If permanently employed as a pharmacist I would propose a section of clinical
pharmacy in the hospital, because at the moment there is no position or slot that
offers that area in the hospital. I think clinical pharmacists are vital in the
healthcare team because they serve as the equalizer between the doctors, nurse and
patients. They balance out and connects all the profesion all for the benefit of the
patients health.
