Thank you very much for the opportunity that given to me. In this chance Im going
to describe one of the important position in companies organization, it is Human
Resources Development.
Human Resource Development (HRD) is the framework for helping employees
develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities.
as a Human Resources Development should consider these 3 things, they are :
recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefit

the first thing is Recruitment


The process of recruitment and selection processes usually consist of several steps
or stages. our company also do some stage, some of them:
First, Identify the vacant position and the amount of required power.
Our recruitment process begins when there is new job at the company, the
employees are transferred or promoted to another position, request the
resignation, the layoffs, or because of a previously planned retirement.
Second, Looking for positions information through job analysis.
This requirement is worked out in our company so that in the later application it is
not found errors that interfere th subsequent process and must be made carefully
and accurately as possible.
Third, If the terms of office have been arranged, then the next step is to
decide where to look for the right candidate.
In our company, we define two alternatives to seek candidates from within the
company or outside the company.
Forth, Choose the recruitment method which is the most appropriate for
the post.
There are several methods of recruitment which we apply in recruitment, such as
employee referrals, walk-ins and write-ins, Ministry of Manpower, the company of
job seeker, educational institutions, and so forth.
Fifth, Calling candidates considered to meet the work requirements.
At this point we collect their job application, and asked them to fill out a job
application form that has been provided for further processing in the selection
phase.
Sixth, Filtering / selecting candidates.
Some selection techniques that are often used are the application form,
biographical data, references and recommendations, interview, ability and
personality test, a physical / physiological test, job simulation test and
assessment center.
Seventh, Make job offers.
Once the selection process is considered sufficiently and recruitment officers have
been able to determine the best candidates for certain positions, then we need to
prepare job offers. Included here is to prepare the labor agreement (CLA),
introduce deeply about the rules and working conditions in the company, and
ensure that when candidates will start working.
last, Start working
The recruitment process does not stop just after the candidate receives job offers.
By the time we will give direction to the employees so that it can work optimally.
The employees must be monitored and assessed based on their performance on a
regular basis, and are given training and development.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT


Doing newcomer training process.
Conducting the process of training motivation to all employees once a year. There
are some examples of training and development for new employees in our
company, which are:
First, Training
Training is a general program to develop the workforce. The form can be inhouse training (internal training) or outside the company (external
training).Internal training or commonly called as in-house training can use the
trainer of your own company or outside the company.Meanwhile, external
training is done by sending employees to training agencies or institutions,
whether public or private.
Second, Competence test
Competency test is usually in the form of an annual program held by a
department that operates an international standard that is also to develop
employees.
Third, Coaching
Coaching (guidance) we enforce is to employees who perform well or perform
poorly. The aim is to improve the quality and quantity of work, knowledge
transfer, increase the skills of subordinates, and build closer working
relationships between superior-subordinate.more training and development are
applied in our company so that employees can increase their potential and will
make a good performance for the company.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT


Determination of the compensation awarded, our company determines based on
several factors, namely:
First, Compensation / Value Works
compensation assessment workers can be done in two ways, which are:
a. Conducting job analysis / job will be associated with the kind of required
expertise, the level of complexity of the work, behavior / personality
demanded by the job.
b. Conducting surveys to similar values work at other organizations.
Second, The system of compensation
Some compensation systems that we have implemented are:
a. Performance System
This system means that "A little amount of the reward depends on the
results achieved by employees in a given time". This system will be very
beneficial for employees who can work fast and highly capable.
b. Timing system
The system is defined by the "amount of compensation calculated based on
the standard time as Hour, Day, Week, Month".
c. Contract Systems / Wholesale
Determination of the amount of wages with the contract system / contract
is based on quantity, quality and duration of work completion in accordance
with contractual agreements.
