* All students taking classes for the first time in the MEng Program, beginning in the 201430 semester, will be assessed the new MEng tuition rate. Current students will be assessed tuition at the standard Masters Program tuiton rate for
up to two years. Effective for the 201630 semester, all MEng students will pay the higher MEng tuition rate.

GRST 995 AA and GRST 995 AB are for students who have finished the credit hour requirements of their programs but have
yet to defend the thesis, or for whom the project/practicum are incomplete.
GRST 995 AC - AF
Are for University of Regina students taking courses at another university covered by the Agreements, for credit to their programs here.
Students will register in a section that is billed according to the transfer credit they are receiving. Tuition at the host university is waived.
GRST 995 AG is for visiting research students.
GRST 996AA and GRST 995AB are for full or part-time students on extension.
GRST 999 is for students that are away from campus but fulfilling the registration requirements in order to maintain candidacy.

GRST 994 AA - ZZ - for students in Advanced Standing. Credit hours range from 3 to 9. Tuition is assessed according to the number of credit hours. Mandatory Student Fees and International Surcharge (If Applicable) will be assessed.

Audit Fees are 50% of normal tuition for the course with no other fees assessed.
*** University of Regina Student's Union (URSU) fees are assessed at $8 per credit hour and all students are required to pay them.
*** Student Health and Dental Plan - For the fall 2014 semester, all full-time graduate students (excluding credit hours from off-campus contract classes) are assessed an additional $196.40 URSU fee.
The fee is collected by the University on behalf of URSU and remitted to URSU for the purpose of paying the Health and Dental Plan premiums ($97.55 for health coverage and $98.85 for dental coverage).
The fee is only assessed in the fall semester for health and dental coverage for 12 months beginning September 1. The Plan and the $196.40 fee are mandatory, but students can opt-out
of the health and/or dental coverage by October 1, 2014, if they provide proof that they already have health and/or dental coverage. Students first beginning classes in the winter semester can opt-in to the
Plan from January 6, 2015 until February 2nd, 2015 by directly contacting studentcare.net/works. After the opt-out date, the premiums for the plan are non-refundable even if a student drops out of University.
