AGRARIAN LAW
Agrarian law has two meanings, agrarian law in wide sense and in narrow
sense (Land Law). In accordace with a system of lectures at the faculty of
law, the subjects studied for Agrarian law is specified only the narrow sense
of the Agrarian law, which is the land law. Land law is a set of laws
governing the possession of the land.

The land tenure is a legal relationship that gives an authority to do
something to the legal subject (person/corporation) to the legal object,
namely the land under their controlled.
