TNA for TTI Administrators/VISs

Training Needs Analysis Instrument


I. Introduction
The National TVET Trainers Academy has been officially designated to serve as the TESDAs Focal Unit
for TESD/TVET Trainers Development Program, during the Central Office EXCOM Meeting in February
2012.
In reference to the Philippine TVET Trainers Qualification Framework,
The TESD/TVET Trainers
apparently cover the Vocational Instructional Supervisors and the TESD/TVET Institutions
Administrators.
The NTTA intends to be responsive to the training needs of the trainers, in this particular case to the
needs of the TTI VISs and Administrators, hence this TNA study.
In aid of the Study, this TNA Instrument aims to solicit information from among the TTI VISs and
Administrators on their a) competency coverage; b) level of competency; and c) desire to be trained on
the competencies. Responses to be provided would serve as valuable inputs in the preparation and
implementation of responsive programs for VISs and Administrators.
