Morgana, Id like to begin this evenings presentation by asking you

what is Financial Alchemy?
Morgana:
Financial Alchemy is the transformation of your relationship with

money. Alchemy refers to it. Its ironic. In the Middle Ages, there
were scientists trying to transform lead into gold. That was also code
on a more holistic level, transforming lead in human experience into
spiritual gold.

This is about money. I love the dollar amounts. Theyre very exciting.
Its also about your whole life.
The central question is, how do you honor your values, fulfill your purpose, live your dreams and make a lot of money at the same time?
I think most people put values, purpose and love way over on one
side of the playing field. On the other side of the field is money.
Theyre playing against each other. Whenever you have money
versus love, you will lose.
If you can combine them, money can make you a more loving person. It teaches you how to be a great relationship partner. Then you
will have more power to create things.

I have wild stories. I love what you read, Nichole. There was a guy
named Elliott Malach who bought my workbook and booked a
20-minute coaching session with me. That day, he manifested
$87,000. Wait, theres more! Two weeks later, he collected another

If money is the bad guy, you will always protect yourself from money.
Nancy, if I said things to you things like, I dont trust you. You always
leave me when I need you. I know you will walk out on me. You
break up families. You cause violence. I dont trust you. I think youre
evil. I wish I didnt need to have you in my life. Im only in a relationship with you because I have to be. I resent you, how would you
feel?
Nancy:
Not very good.
Morgana:
Would you want to hang around me?
Nancy:
Not at all.
Morgana:
You can do all the personal development stuff on yourself in

the world. Youre not playing a victim. Youre working the Law of
Financial Alchemy
Attraction. Youre not thinking bad thoughts. And yet all this is also
going on behind the scenes and were pretending its not there.

I think its even harder for those of us who have done all the work on
ourselves in the personal development area: we can have a little bit
of reverse snobbery, especially in spiritual circles. Were too clean
and nice to go after the money.
Does anybody out there relate to what Im saying? Its a problem.
You cant fulfill your purpose if you cant pay your rent.
Ill tell you my story as an example. I was the biggest loser in this
area. I challenge anybody on this line to start in a worse place than
me.
Heres the thing. Ive always been an overachiever, the good girl
who got good grades. Even after I was hit by a car and in a coma
and woke up with a brain injury I still graduated with honors! Im
good at achieving, except with this money thing.
I first started coaching in the entertainment industry. In the very first

month one of my clients was nominated for an Emmy award. I always had that magic touch as a coach. Some of it is being a good
coach. Some of it is stuff that just happens to my clients.
Here I was, a really good coach, except I wasnt good at getting

paid. I was helping clients land tv series and sell their films and I
would become embarrassed by charging a fee! Is there anybody
else out there who gets embarrassed about asking for the money?
You want to be a good person. You shouldnt charge to help people blah, blah, blah.
People were interested in hiring me as a coach. Then theyd ask

that question, How much do you charge? I would get so weird
about it. I would hem and haw. I would dance around it.
I was really uncomfortable with the whole money conversation. Running through my head the whole time was, This person cant afford

it. Ill be victimizing him. I was always working under the premise
that I was supposed to rescue that person for free.

They didnt know what was going on in my head. They wanted to

hire me. Here I was, this girl who was freaking out and feeling guilty. I
created an ick factor because I was uncomfortable with money.
Meanwhile, I had the website. I sent out the newsletters. I had business cards. I went to the networking meetings. I worked so hard. I
did everything everybody told me to. I did all the right stuff. I had no
clients.
That is why I say I was just the biggest loser in this regard. Even with
my results, at my low point after I was certified, a one-year process, I
was making $100 a month.
You try being a coach and tell people that you can help them with
their lives when youre making $100 a month. It was a big embarrassment. It was a big area of shame. It was very painful.
It just hit me one day that money was my next area of spiritual
growth. I was born with the compassion gene. Ive always been
able to help people, but I had to get a handle on this money thing if
I wanted to fulfill my purpose on earth.
Interestingly, soon after I had that thought, I found myself studying

relationship coaching. It was the best training I ever had. I started to
take a look at my relationship with money.
First, I thought about all those negative thoughts and experiences

that you have growing up. I realized that there was some really
heavy stuff that I hadnt thought about in 20 years. Family members
hadnt talked to each other in 30 years. I had just swept it under the
consciousness rug.
No wonder I had money issues! It got in the way of love. There was
big drama. It was Dynasty level intrigue, drama and betrayal.

It occurred to me that if this money that broke up families and got

in the way of love was a person, my money would be this big, scary,
dirty, violent biker who caused fights at parties. Some girls like that
kind of guy. Im not that girl.
If there is a big, scary, dirty, smelly, frightening biker at a party, I will

always be on the other side of the room with my eye on him. Ill
watch him and protect myself from him. Ill keep as much distance
from him as possible.

That is exactly how I was behaving about money, and I didnt know
it until that moment. I was treating money like that big, scary, dirty
biker. It wasnt working. I wasnt happy in the relationship. He wasnt
happy in the relationship, so we broke up.
I started to think about who I would like to have as a relationship
partner. Who would I like my money to be?
I had this image of a tall, dark, handsome, romantic, clean-cut,
clean-shaven gentleman. He wore tails and carried a bouquet of
red flowers. I just swooned when I thought of that. He wanted to
woo me. Imagine what its like to be wooed by money. Wow!
Suddenly, when people wanted to know what I charged I thought,
This is a gift from my lover. Thank you.
I asked him what he wanted from me. I thought, My God, this guy is
hot! I want to keep this guy, my money. I asked him, What do you
want from me so youll want to stay with me, Money? He said, Appreciate me and dont treat me like a monster.
The funny thing is that within a week, I received four calls from people all over the world who wanted to hire me. I could feel my tongue
wanting to talk them out of it. I wanted to say things like, Do you
want a sample session? No, they wanted to hire me. They knew
what I did. Theyd been following me for a while.
I was so aware of the impulse. I almost talked them out of it because

those were the shapes my mouth was used to making. I just bit my

tongue. I shut up and recognized that this was money giving me a

gift. The proper response is to appreciate it. I said, Great, when you
do want to begin?

Most of you have been doing that for years and it isnt a big deal. It
was for me.
Every month for about six months, I received another four people.
Id never had 24 people before. I felt like my brain was going to explode. I had reached maximum capacity for myself at that time.
I started using this process with my clients. Really cool, miraculous

things happen. I receive emails, cards, or phone calls every week. At
the very least, you can reduce your financial anxiety. I explain how
you do that next.
I just received an email from a woman I was coaching two years ago.
She said that by using this process, she has doubled her income every six months for the last two years. This year she will make $197,000
by September. I know where she came from. Nobody would have
believed it, especially her.
She was in my first workshop for this. She came up with this gorgeous,
wonderful money named Rich. A week after the workshop, she said,
Morgana, I have this money guy and he hasnt given me anything.
That was such a great wake-up call.
Money is not here to rescue you, especially not rescue you from yourself! Money is a relationship partner. Your only power is to be a great
relationship partner.
If you want more money, you ask money, Money, what do you want
from me to make you happy? Thats a very different paradigm from
anything Ive heard before. Its a mind stretcher to say, Money, what
do you want from me to make you feel loved and happy? What will
make you want to stay with me?
Money goes up and down. Ill talk about that in a moment. When I
feel anxious, I say, Money, Im feeling anxious. What do you want
me to do so I can feel less anxious?

The thing is that money always tells me. Sometimes its a Yoda-like
voice that says, Be authentic. Sometimes it says, You know what
you need to do, do it. And I do it.
I had a bunch of book tours this year. They were my first book tours.
Im the type of person that when somebody says, Do you want to
do this? I say, Yes! then I freak out about it later.

As the tour dates arrived I wanted to pull out. I was convinced that
nobody would show up. I spent all this money on airfare and car
rental, and I didnt want to do it. Money said, You said you would
do it. Now do it.
I whined. Im a big whiner. Thats part of my process.
I whined, Money! I dont want to do it! Ill lose money. Nobody will
be there!
Money just said, Show up.
The amazing thing was I was afraid I would have only three people.
My events sold out so big and so fast! I think I had nine engagements on my first tour. I had completely sold out of my inventory by
the second gig. My Money Honey knew.
That is the difference in the relationship that I want for you.
I will eventually open this call up and have some interaction. If you
want to be coached by me on this and have this opportunity, for
Gods sake take advantage of it. Today you get me for free. Tomorrow, Im $1,500.
Step 1: Uncover your most negative beliefs about money.
Scrap anything positive. I dont want to hear it. Take off your enlightenment hat and just be as fearful and petty as you can be. Dig
up all that scary, untrustworthy, slick, evil, rich people are bad and
cant be spiritual stuff. Get it all out.

Step 2: Create a money villain.
Mine looked like a biker. Ive heard about terrorists and all manner
of money monsters. Make it into a person. Pour all of the negativity
into that person. Ask yourself, Is this money villain male or female?
Young or old? Tall or short? How is this money villain dressed? Does
he have a smell? How does he make you feel? Really get in touch
with that.
Step 3: Break up with this money villain.
If you have ever broken up with anyone, you are prepared to break
up with this money. Do you really want to feel like that? Break up
and send him on his way, back to Central Casting.
Step 4: Create your new money.

Create out of thin air, out of your imagination, your new money.
Imagination is a very powerful principle. It comes from the word
imago.
You know how poor caterpillars are imprisoned in that horrible, tight,
little cocoon? They can barely breathe. If thats not bad enough,
they disintegrate into undifferentiated goo. Dont you ever feel like
that? Everything is broken down and you just feel like a pile of goo?
The caterpillar is in this goo. That is called the imago. Its pure potentiality. It has the blueprint of the butterfly it will become.
That is the root of the words magic and imagination. It is magical. It is the transformation of lead into the gold.
You make up this money that opens your heart and turns you on.
You want more than anything to make this relationship work. You
are in love. Maybe its a person. Maybe its an animal. Whatever it
is, it must have that level of passion or it wont work.
This is the area where most people become stuck. Some people will
hear me mention it in a couple of sentences. They might hear me
on the radio or read a chapter. They get it. They know who their
money is. Theyre home-free.

For instance there was a woman from the Pacific Northwest who
heard me on the radio. She kept replaying it. She ordered the books.
She went to bed that night thinking about who her new money
might be. She woke up the next day and she received her first child
support check in 17 years. She got it.
Not everybody gets it. In fact Id say most people dont get there
on the first try. This is where coaching is very helpful, to the point that
next year I will start training coaches to do what I do. It needs a lot
of finesse. Its relationship coaching.

Lets imagine you have the money of your dreams, your Money
Honey. Its the love of your life. Not instead of your romantic partner,
but in addition. Youll be in a relationship with money until the day
you die. Youd better make it a really good relationship. Only you
have that power. Youre the active partner.
When you have that money honey, you talk to it. The way that you
talk to your money is say, Money, what do you want from me? How
can I make you happy? What do you want me to do? How can I
let you know that youre loved? Ask questions like that. Then youll
receive your answer.
It may be just so quick that you think you didnt hear it. It may be a
feeling or a sight. However you receive your information, you will receive an answer. Then you become specific.
Lets say money says, Be more responsible. What does that mean?
To use the money metaphor, talk is cheap. You need to come up
with specific, measurable actions to let money know youre serious
about making him happy.
Youll come up with ideas like balance your checkbook. Start with a
baby step. Maybe get yourself on QuickBooks. Whatever it is, run it
by money. Money, how about if I balance my checkbook? Money will either say, Yes! or Thats the best you can do? You might
get a flat-line or you may get a lot of energy. If its a cat, it will purr. If
its your dream guy or dream woman, they will radiate love.

When I was teaching this at The Learning Annex in New York City, this
actor chose Elizabeth Taylor. She gave him great advice. He was so
excited to be guided by Liz. You can be creative. If one thing doesnt
work for you, try another thing.
Its the energy of your heart, the willingness to go to the ends of the
earth out of love. Money will make you a more loving person.
A very interesting thing Ive noticed over the last six months is how
your relationship with money parallels your relationships in life. I cant
tell you how many times a client has hit herself on the head and said,
Oh my god, the way Im treating money is the way Im treating my
husband!

Sometimes money wants you to heal your relationship with your husband. That is whats so much fun about this process. Listen to what
money wants. Sometimes it says, Heal your health. Clean your
house. Improve your relationship. So often, it doesnt even sound like
its about money. Ill talk about that soon.
I met a woman when I was teaching classes in Seattle on my book
tour. She hired me for a breakthrough session. She wanted to really
nail down who her money was. Again, that is the place where people trip up. They hire me to finesse that.
When we got her money and we asked her money what it wanted,
he said, Improve your relationship with your husband. You know
that money is the number-one cause of divorce and conflict in relationships and marriage. That is part of the reason why we make money the bad guy.
Her money wanted her to improve her relationship with her husband.
I coached her a little bit on that. Its something I call the 2% Rule. If
somebody criticizes you, instead of fighting back and escalating the
conflict, think, What if 2% of that is true? What if I am 2% controlling?
She tried that on. It improved her relationship. That month, her husband tripled his income. He made in two months what they expected to make that year.

It was good stuff. That was with just improving her relationship with
her husband.
That brings me to a point. Im talking about money. Im calling him

Money. Hes a tall, dark, handsome man. Hes been so incredible,
not only for my income but in fulfilling my dreams of helping people,
traveling, writing, passive income and growing as a human being.
The
Universe
challenges

us through
money, love
and health

I coach peoples relationship with their money so we can coach

their life. We have to address it so it isnt taking over every call. We
address it so it isnt an excuse.
Money can be a way the universe gets our attention, wakes us up.
I use the word Universe. You may call it God, Spirit or Higher Power.
The Universe challenges us through money, health and love. Those
are the big areas that attract our attention.
I choose to experience money as a spiritual teacher who challenges

me to be bigger and more creative than Ive been before.
A year after I created my new relationship with money, the money

started to go away.
It was a business cycle. I didnt know that.
I freaked out because all of these clients were leaving. I watched all
of this fantastic income go down and I freaked out. I felt betrayed.
I was furious. I thought we had this relationship. I thought I had it all
handled.
I had to start at square one. It was really humiliating and pissed me

off. I just had an intuition that I needed to start over from the very
beginning. I had to ask money what was going on. It pretty much
looked like me down on my knees, wailing, with my arms up, Why!?
Why? I was really that serious about it.
I heard back from money. He was standing in the corner. He was

avoiding my eyes and looking down at his cuticles the way guys do

when theyre really pissed off. He said, You know, three times this
year you had clients who said they couldnt afford to coach with
you. You kept coaching them. I would say to them, Thats okay. I
trust you. I know youll pay me when X,Y and Z happens.

Your

X, Y and Z happened and they didnt pay me. I still said, Thats
okay. Basically I was saying, I want you to like me and the money
isnt important.
When you tell someone you love that hes not important and you
say it enough times, he will leave.
He was right. I was horrified when I saw what I had done. I was mortified. I said, How can I make amends?
By this time, its a real relationship. Thats the key. Your relationship
with money is as real and dynamic as your relationship with a human being. You will either be a great partner and attractive or you
might chase it so hard that you scare it off. If you call it names and
think its a villain, that what youll create.
Here I was in my relationship with money, begging him to take me
back. He said, You have to call those three people and tell them
you need to be paid. I dont know about you, but that is a conversation that makes me very uncomfortable. If I were more comfortable with that, I would have done it much earlier.
I was so committed to making amends and getting this partner back

in my life. I made those calls. I was paid part of what I was owed by
one of them. My income quadrupled from unexpected sources that
month.
I have to tell you, every time I become stressed out about money
and money tells me what to do, I do it. I learn something new, I
make a lot of unexpected income. Thats my pattern.
Nancy has seen my workbook. I have a formula for every single

week. Its a combination of planner and coaching system. Financial

Ask for

something
outrageous
and see what
happens
One of my little boxes is Request help from the Universe. Ask for
something outrageous that you cant control and see what happens.
The more you practice it, the better you get at manifesting.
Sometimes I like to say, Send me two new clients, and see what
happens. The last time I did that was two weeks ago, and I received four new clients. Its a partnership. If I didnt get new clients, I
wouldnt become angry or feel like a failure. Its a game. I wouldnt
rail against the Universe. Its a nice habit to get into. Its the same
with money. Just ask and do it and see what happens.
Would anybody like to be coached?
Maria:
Thanks so much. I related to that a lot. I have a couple of issues. I

have a holistic practice with a few clients. Ive done a lot of training.
Ive come up with a lot of fear around money and wanting to hold
on to it.
There is the feeling that I should put God first. How do I balance
that? Im supposed to be spiritual, so I shouldnt be so fearful about
money.
Morgana:
I know where youre coming from. Why dont you tell me some of
the negative things youve heard or observed about money? Give
it to me.
Maria:
Growing up, I lived with my father and grandfather. We had an extended family. There would be physical fights over money, even if
my grandfather bought two loaves of bread. It was constant. It was
like money was God.
Money was power and control. Part of me sees that. Part of me feels
like I need to have a man to be able to have money. I dont have a
man in my life.
There were tremendous daily fights. They werent always physical,

but it happened. It was really frightening.

I was considered cheap. I would put my little paychecks in the bank.

I would want to round up my money to receive change to do that.
There were feelings of shame about how much I wanted money.
Morgana:
Well dig a little bit, but we have to go quickly. What Im hearing

so far is that money causes fights and violence. Its controlling and
frightening. You feel cheap. It causes shame.
This is your money monster.
This is the guy who causes the fights, commits the violence and is
controlling and frightening. Hes cheap on top of that! He causes
you shame. It almost sounds to me like hes holding you hostage.
This is a violent, scary guy.
Maria:
There was a woman we hired to help out when my grandmother

was in the hospital. I had no mother. I felt betrayed because she
stole money out of our piggy banks. I thought she liked me.
Morgana:
Thats horrible.
Maria:
When you were talking, I had a remembrance of that. Its been

years since that happened.
Morgana:
Anything else?
Maria:
The feeling of not having enough, and yet there are so many poor
people. Im so fortunate to be in the US. How dare I want more?
Here I am educated, and yet Im so in debt.
Morgana:
You feel undeserving. At the same time, its not fair that youre in
debt. You feel you dont have enough. I dont know if youve ever
had a withholding boyfriend or relationship that always made you
earn it and only gave you a little bit?
I also heard that you need money from a man. Money is more generous with men than women... so your money is also a misogynist!
Are you getting the picture here? It causes fights and violence. It
may have only happened once or twice, but thats enough.

Its controlling, manipulative, frightening and cheap. It feeds off of

your shame. It causes betrayal. It doesnt give you enough. It only
lets you have so much. It tells you that youre undeserving, youre
taking it away from somebody else.
Thats a real jerk! I wouldnt want that person in my life. I think youd
be crazy to want to be with that.
Lets imagine this money is a person. Go down to Central Casting.

With all of those negative qualities you described. Is this money male
or female?

Thats scary. How does he make you feel?

Afraid, like I want to run away. Im afraid to run away.

Sure, because you need to have him in your life whether you want
him or not. Do you see how this might possibly be impacting how
youre behaving with money and your financial reality?

Yes. I heard what you said about coming up with a more positive
image, something that really feels nurturing and generous.
Morgana:
First we put all the nasty stuff into this money villain. That creates the
groundwork for the next step. Is this guy with the knife hands tall or
short? What color hair? What does he smell like?
Maria:
Hes stocky and tall. Hes grayish-green like stucco. He smells like rotten flesh.
Morgana:
Okay, send him off. Do you want him around? Send him off.
You have a clean slate. You can make up whatever you want. You
get it.
Maria:
I want a Prince Charming.

What does he look like?
Maria:
Hes tall. Hes blond and reminds me a little bit of Jesus. Hes compassionate and friendly. He loves life.
Morgana:
How do you feel about him?
Maria:
Grateful.
Morgana:
Lets dial up the passion a little bit. What would make him really exciting to you?
Maria:
I guess if he was more fun-loving than compassionate. Hes adventurous. Hes more spontaneous to help me be more like that. He is a
multi-billionaire.
Morgana:
He wont rescue you. Hell love you. Hell work with you. I want it
clear that he wont rescue you.
Maria:
I wont get any money?
Morgana:
I didnt say that. I said that you have equal power in the relationship. He will not rescue you from yourself. He wants to be loved, too.
Thats why I want somebody who turns you on. If he looks like Jesus,
make him a hot and sexy Jesus.
Maria:
I go for Latin types in that quarter. Hed be dark haired with big
brown eyes. He has a nice smile. Thats hot.
Morgana:
You want him in your life?
Maria:
Yes!
Morgana:
Bring him in the room and ask him, Money, what do you want from
me so that youll want to stay with me? Thats the trick, because
hes this hot guy, but hes also money.

Money, what do you want from me? Do you want to stay with me?
Morgana:
What would make him want to stay with you?
Maria:
He said to love and respect him.
Morgana:
What can you do to show him that you will love and respect him
in the way he wants? Whats a measurable action you will take to
show him that you take his requests seriously?
Maria:
I have to balance my checkbook and get my taxes done.
Morgana:
When will you have it done?
Maria:
Ill do it by next Friday.
Morgana:
Ask him how he feels about that.
Maria:
He said good. He said, Dont promise if you wont do it.
Morgana:
Thats very important. Will you do it, or do you need to offer something different? Let me tell you, if you dont do it, you will piss him off.
Make a commitment you will keep and see how it makes him feel.
Maria:
Ill balance the checkbook.
Morgana:
When you told him you will do it, how did he feel?
Maria:
He said, Ill believe it when I see it.
Morgana:
Then you know what you have to do.
Maria:
I need to do it.
Morgana:
It also sounds like you have to rebuild some trust in the relationship.
Maria:
I see it in my relationships. That is my problem with promises, especially to myself.

You need to create the trust and then youll be able to trust him
better. Do you understand?
Maria:
I have it.
Morgana:
Thank you so much for stepping up to the plate.
I hope you see what we did there. This was a perfect example of
the negative stuff coming out. You create the bad guy, and then
you create that new money, who you love.
Could you hear the difference once we created that sex appeal?
It doesnt have to come in that form, but I do find that paradigm
works really well.

out of love?
The key is, What does money want, and what will you do for it out
of love? You dont do it out of obligation. You do it because you
love this person. You may not want to do it.
For instance I look at this notion of putting together a coaching
school to train coaches to do what I just did, and I find it daunting.
I would frankly rather just read a novel, but money told me to do it.
So Ill do it.
Heres the funny thing: I finally started the process and held my first
Question and Answer call for my new coaching program. This was
my first, no-turning-back, this-for-real action step. The very next day
I found a $2,000 check in the mail from a company Id been trying
to receive payment from for over a year. The money showed up as
soon as I took action to show Money I respected his command to
create a coaching program.
Lets take some questions.
Sally:
How do I let go of what I have right now in order to have more of

what I really want? It seems to be working for me, but its keeping
me at certain level.

Ask your money. Your money will give you much better guidance
than anything I can say here. Create the right money for you and
then ask your money. Thats a great question for your money.
This is basically what my book is about. Its about healing your relationship with money. Every week, I have a little box for what you will
do that week to make money happy. Its also a larger system for
making your life easier.
One of our biggest obstacles to manifestation is that we do too

much. It weighs you down.
There are five tips that I want to give away. This is stuff in my workbook, but I want to give it to you for free.
Create the
right money

for you, and

then ask
your money
Tip 1: Appreciate money.

Talk to your money. Be an excellent relationship partner.
I received an email from a friend in New York. She said that she
would see pennies on the ground, but she wouldnt pick them up
because somebody else might need them more.
Thats one perspective. Another perspective is that shes being given a gift that she isnt accepting and there isnt another penny for
that other person who needs it more.
Another possibility is that there is enough for everybody and money

loves you and is giving you this gift.
I talked about Elliott who received $87,000 the day of our call.
Theres more to it. He has this gorgeous, hot money who sounds a lot
like his girlfriend. I know his girlfriend.
He remembered that he saw a nickel on the ground the day before.

He hadnt picked it up because it was just a nickel. He went out and
looked for the nickel after our call. He found it and was jumping up
and down. He said, Thank you Money! Thank you, Money Honey!
Then he went home.

He received a phone call from his office. They said, Listen Elliott,
we have this $87,000 check. What do you want us to do with it? Its
connected. Appreciate money.
Tip 2: Make space.
All that stuff youre tolerating, all that stuff you dont really like but is
good enough to get by, lowers your standards. It becomes normal.
All that stuff you tolerate and keep around doesnt really make you
happy.
If you dont
love it or it

doesnt make
you a lot of

money, ditch it
or delegate it
You have no idea how much energy is drained by that dirty car, the
burnt-out light bulb, the friends who pull you down.
Make space. Raise your standards. If you dont love it or it doesnt
make you a lot of money, ditch it or delegate it. Make space. Ive
noticed that people who clean out their homes just start getting
calls for jobs.
Make space. Its a very easy way to create fast change. Create a
vacuum.
Tip 3: Associate with success.
This is why I was hanging out with a billionaire earlier this year. The
moment I met him I felt my heart open up. This was such a surprise.
Not only is he successful financially, hes an incredible human being.
He treats everybody with tremendous respect and appreciation. He
introduced me to all of his gardeners. He knows all of them. Theyve
worked for him for decades. He hangs out with the Dalai Lama.
Hes an amazing human being.
Associate with the people who will pull you into who you want to
be. It makes it so much easier.
Tip 4: Record your own successes.
Human beings have amnesia. There have been scientific studies

that show that people remember the bad stuff more than they re-

member the good stuff. You have to write it down every night before you go to bed.

Write down five successes every day. They dont have to be big.
Watering my plants usually gets on my list of five things. After so
many years of killing plants, youll understand why.
Tip 5: Make money happy.
Keep talking to money. Do whatever he tells you to do. Make loving

him a priority. This is actually a very useful skill for the healers and givers out there.
When I set my fee or the price for a workshop, I do it because I want

to be a respectful, loving partner to money. Its no longer about me.
Its about what will make money happy.
Write

The first time I did my Financial Alchemy workshop, I was so excited.

I was accepted to present at the Tenth Annual International Coach
Federation Conference. They had 10,000 people coming. I was chosen out of hundreds of people who had submitted applications.
I found out in August that I would do this in November. I thought,

Yes! Thats great. Oh no! I had never done it as a workshop before. I thought, I have to throw this together and do it really fast. Ill
do it for free so Ill have a lot of people and I can test it.
Money said, Noooooo, you dont! You do NOT do it for free. Dont
insult me like that. What youre doing has economic value, and you
will charge for it. Money said, It will cost $195. I said, I cant do
that. How about $25? He came down to $129. I came up to $35.
We settled on $45. That was the lowest that he could have me be
paid and still feel respected.
My workshop sold out. People were still showing up after I closed enrollment. I made $1500 from a workshop I was going to do for free.
I had three people tell me that I needed to raise my rates. Money

told me enough times that I knew that it was now becoming a

serious issue of not respecting money. This is what he wanted and I

had to do it, even if it made me uncomfortable.

That covers the five steps. Lets have another question.
Jill:
Ive always been a break-even girl. I want to get out of that mindset.
Morgana:
It sounds like you have a break-even money that only lets you have
that much.
Jill:
Even if I go out and set myself a goal that I want to make a certain
amount of money, it goes somewhere else automatically.
Morgana:
It sounds like an issue with who your money is. You need to really
flesh out the character of that money who only lets you have so
much. That will also reveal to you how youre behaving with money.
Money is a teacher who challenges you to be bigger and more creative than you would be otherwise. If you dont have the money
you want, be more creative. Ask money.

Thanks for your wonderful workshop today. I have a similar situation

to the first person who spoke.
I have this way of thinking, Men should support me because my

father would never allow my mother to work. No wife of his was going to earn a living! and this idea that my husband should support
me. On the other hand, it puts me in a ridiculous situation with him
because Im dependent on him in a very unhealthy, unhappy way.
I listened and took notes. I just wondered if you have anything additional to say.

My intuitive hit is to ask money what he wants. What does your money
want? Ill give you some affirmations.
Affirmation 1: Money speaks to me and guides me to my highest

good.

I have five affirmations in my book. This is the first one. If your money
doesnt guide you to your highest good, he aint your money! Fire him
and start over.
Affirmation 2: My prosperity serves the world.

Sharon:
I love that one.
Morgana:
Your poverty doesnt. Its not just the warmongers who should make lots
of money. If the healers cant make a living, we wont have any healers. I love the next one.
Affirmation 3: People love to give me money because I add value

to their lives.

Its not a guilt thing.
Sharon:
I feel the same way. When someone does something for me, I want to
pay them.
Morgana:
People book themselves into spas and salt rubs and haircuts. There is a
lot of money spent on cruises and stuff like that. Isnt it wonderful to be
able to do that for yourself?
Affirmation 4: I respect and appreciate the abundance in my life.

That is being a good relationship partner. Money doesnt just show up in

dollar amounts, although theyre great. They make great testimonials.
There is other stuff, too.
People write to me about feeling at peace. They feel confident and

know who they are. They have spontaneity in all sorts of things. Then
they say, Thank you, money.

When I go to the doctor and receive a clean bill of health, Thank you,
money. That has economic value. When I go to the DMV and there is
no line, Thank you, money. I say thank you all over the place. That is
another structure.
Ill talk about the workbook for two seconds. What really bothers me is
when people come to a workshop and have this great shift. There is all
of this excitement, and then three months later theyre like I was and
have stopped talking to money. They dont have a structure to keep
moving forward.
What is the
theme for

your
year
that will color
everything?
Theyre being hard on themselves. Theyre trying to do everything at

the same time. Theyre setting goals and failing. Theyre feeling less
powerful.
I took what works for me and why Ive achieved all of these outrageous, silly goals over the last four years. I wanted to make it really fun
and put it into an easy structure to keep people on track and feeling
better about themselves.
There is everything that I coach people on like strengthening your

boundaries, eliminating your tolerations, doing less, acknowledging
yourself, requesting help and all stuff. Set a theme for the year instead
of New Years intentions.
What is the theme for your year that will color everything? My theme
for this year is its the year of magic and manifestation. What does a
year of magic and manifestation look like? The first week, I had four
television interviews. That is a real kickoff. $15,000 dropped into my lap
that month. That was how a year of magic and manifestation began.
That is one of the things you should do with the workbook. Its common sense and magic. Thats my talent. Im the coach with the magical touch.

Yes. Money is a very loose term, like Abundance, Integrity, Living

your Life Purpose and Honoring your Values. All of it falls under my
