FACTORS RELATED TO THE CADRE LIVELINESS POSYANDU AT WUNA
HEALTH CENTER DISTRICT MUNA IN 2014

Aktivity of existing cadres in Wuna Working Area Health Center, can be
seen from the number registered at the health center cadres numbering 35 cadres,
cadres of 20 (57.14%) inactive and active as much as 15 cadres (42.86%),
therefore it is necessary investigated. This study aims to determine the
relationship between Knowledge, Motivation and Family support with cadre
liveliness Posyandu at Wuna Health Center District Muna in 2014.
This was an analytical study with Cross-sectional study design. Population
in this study was 35 people an trough total sampling obtained 35 respondents as
sample in this study. Data analyzed using pearson Chi-squre test.
Statistical analysis of test results obtained that there is a strong relationship
between knowledge with liveliness cadre with the value (X 2 = 7.778), value ( =
0.005) and the phi coefficient test results = 0.471. There is a fairly strong
relationship between motivation with cadre liveliness with a value of (X 2 = 9.800),
value ( = 0.002) and the phi coefficient test results = 0.529. There is a fairly
strong relationship between family support with cadre liveliness with a value of (X 2
= 9.956), value ( = 0.002) and the phi coefficient test results = 0.533. The
conclusion of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between
Knowledge, Motivation, and Family Support with cadre liveliness.
Suggested in Muna District Health Office and Health Center of Wuna to
organize training to improve knowledge of cadres, for the district of Muna in order
to allocate incentives for cadres as a form of motivation for cadres and to the
family to give permission, opportunity and encouragement to always active cadres
to carry out posyandu activities.

knowledge of cadres, in order to allocate Muna Government incentives for cadres as a
form of motivation for the cadres and the family to give permission, opportunity and
encouragement to always active cadres to carry out posyandu activities.
