Terror is a general and most important thing nowadays.

The point is that using

violance on people and on states/governments. And its purpose is spreading fear
in society and shreding state apparatus. So the terrorism became meaningful and
valuable. Each policy needs to violance to take place. We can understand it over
the capitalism and communism, someone used the terrorism to realize their aims.
So, if every policy needs the violence, why is the terrorism only used to blame on
folks and resisters?
The terrorism appeared on the scene around the 19th in France. It was using by
French government against the folk and it is firstly named by government as a
"terror". Terrorism is used as state policy France, after the French revolution. It
was an insurance to protect government/state's interest. But nowadays the
terrorism got a new meaning by the imperialism. If need to reasoning, can say
that imperilasm needed to new combat materials to control people. About since
50 years, It is using efficiently by imperialism to shape the world. There are two
fronts in the world, USA and Russia. Their evaluation has differences because of
their interest. The evaluation is about the world, for example Hazbollah in
lebanon, Russia is not against te Hezbollah but USA does. And a very special
example could be PYD/YPG. Turkey government, as natural of being state, does
not want to see any threat in their borders so their behaviour is aggressive
against PYD.You can think that there is a paradox regarding with USA behaviour,
but to understand process we should focus on imperialism needs; truth is USA
has changed their tactic. They pulled back their soldiers from foreign
countries(occupied countries) slowly, and now they are using local warriors.
Because people of the Middle East became hate against USA. So, they changed
their tactic. They help local groups to fight against ISIS, thus their fame can be
good.

Principal contraction is between imperialism and folks so the world shapes

according to this situation. Imperialism uses sectarianismi nationalism, tribalism
etc. to launching war. To provide this situation, they are convincing people in the
world with United Nations, media, bureaucracy etc. The sounds come up our ears
as a game but, war is disaster and its results are more complicated. Even if
imperialism takes advantages on wars, they absolutely have negative effects for
theirself.
Economic instability, chaos, long term sectarian wars, health issues (medicine
ambargo in Iraq, about 500 thousand children dead), educational issues,
exploiting problem, the refugees problem, xatred - xonephobia, fear and increase
of crimes. Some of them seen in Europe and most of them took place in occupied
countries.

There are many organizations that has been established with supports of
countries. For example, Iran is supporting Lebanon Hezbollah, also Iraq, Syria etc.
States needs these types organization to shape policy according to their strategy.
But, we should not see everything that belongs to states supports. Hezbollah,
ISIS, PYD such as organizations have right reasons but we can not say that they
are using their strength in right way. In that point, they are effecting and using by
imperialism. For example ISIS, it helps imperialism, it gives them "war reasons".

ISIS is established with financial sources and ideologically based on religion. Also
it has received many helps by many states; gulf countries, europe, Turkey. USA
has been invesible itself but we know that main reason is USA.

ISIS is great opportunity for the local organizations and imperialism. Because
they can say "We are saving the people from ISIS" to take place in foreign
countries. People can say that They are saving us, They are not enemy so.
Also PYD has captured great advantage through ISIS, it was seen as fair and great
fighters by the world.

There are many organizations has been established with supports of countries.
For example, Iran is supporting Lebanon Hezbollah, [Nigeria, Iraq, And India.?]
Because of this situation, this organization can not defined as a terrorist
organization for all governments.
This varies according to interest strategy/interest of states.
Contrary to this, there is organizations formed in natural process.( bunun aksine
