damages to crops due to long dry spell, and proposed some alternative measures in helping the
affected farmers.

AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING FROM AGRICULTURAL TO RESIDENTIAL THE LAND USE
OF THE TWO (2) PARCELS OF LOT OWNED BY LUZINDA G. VEDRA AND RESTITUTO DAGANG
WITH TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NOS. T-184548 AND T-21524 WITH AN AREA OF 26,603
SQUARE METERS AND 8,687 SQUARE METERS, RESPECTIVELY, AS PROPOSED SITE OF NHA-AFPPNP HOUSING PROJECT, LOCATED AT SITIO MANGALAY, BARANGAY DANSOLIHON, THIS CITY,
WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE EXISTING IRRIGATED AREA THEREAT WILL NOT BE
ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THE SAID SUBDIVISION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in
session assembled that:
SECTION 1. - The land use of the two (2) parcels of lot owned by Luzinda G. Vedra and Restituto Dagang
with Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. T-184548 and T-21524 with an area of 26,603 square meters and 8,687
square meters, respectively, as proposed site of NHA-AFP-PNP Housing Project, located at Sitio Mangalay,
Barangay Dansolihon, this City, is hereby reclassified from agricultural to residential, with the condition
that the existing irrigated area thereat will not be adversely affected by the said subdivision project.
SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
