Problems To Be Addressed
Supervisors frequently encounter difficulties in their efforts to improve their
subordinates job performance. This workshop will assist the supervisor by providing the
principles of effective supervision. As a result, the supervisor can be expected to gain a
clear understanding of an effective approach in managing human resources.
Objectives
Having attended this program, the participants are expected to be able to:
