Does God Exist: Reasonable Reasons on Gods Existence

By Melanio A. Villaverde, iamsurfer01@gmail.com

If God is all-good and God is all-powerful, why does he allow evil to

exist? Why would he let the roaring typhoons killed thousands of lives?
Where was He when the fire is blazing fast and burning houses of hundreds
of families? Where was He when the flood was approaching the roofs of the
houses of the flood victims? Why does He let bad people to murder? Where
was He when the people were shouting for help? Where was He when His
children needed Him? Does He respond when you called to Him? Is he hiding
or is he dead or just a myth?
Is there a God? Perhaps many people thought about it sometimes,
sometimes when they were alone and thinking about something worst
happened to them and asking if God does exist. Many philosophers,
scientists, mathematicians, and even poets dont believe in God. Democritus,
Sigmund Feud, Friedrich Nietzsche, and John Stuart Mill were few of the many
ho dont believe in God or what we called Atheists.
Even scientists say that the universe was formed from an explosion
and in three minutes produced thousands of matter to form the universe.
Thats Big Bang Theory. The universe existed without end and beginning.
Also Stephen Hawking, one of the famous scientists, quoted that Because
there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from
nothing.
But God does exist. I believed that there is God who created the
universe and give lives to humans and animals. For as long as I believed that
even scientists gone to their faultiness. So God does existing. He is not a
myth. There is God. There is God who created the earth and the universe,
who give lives to the people, who created a perfect planet for the people to
live. THERE IS GOD WHO SET THE UNIVERSE IN MOTION.
There are five arguments that will prove that God existing. We may
never be seen Him but there He is in our hearts we can feel Him. Thomas
Aquinas Five Ways of Demonstrating Gods Existence will show to us that
God existing.
The first is, Argument from Motion. If there is no God, then who is the
reason for the seeds to become flowers. The seeds have the potentials to
become a flower but who is the first mover to move these from the potency
goes to passage through its actuality? Like the planets in our solar system, it
is not automatically moving, but God sets the motion the motion on these
things to move amazingly and perfectly.

Secondly is Argument from Efficient Cause. Who is the cause of

forming the universe? Its God, right? It is like how a shirt formed from fibers.
There must be an agent to make a dress; extracting it form abaca and then
styling and finishing.
Third is the Argument from Possibility and Necessity. We also existed
because there is one God who existed first due to the necessity. Then, who
created God? If God created us, then WHO CREATED GOD? A question that is
hardly enough to find some answers.
Fourth argument is the Argument from Gradation of Being or
Perfection. God is an example of perfection. He is good all the time. He is
omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.
Last argument of Aquinas is the Order and Intelligence. All things have
ends or goals in directing to the correct order. This can be done by the
highest form of intelligence which is God. Unintelligent objects cannot be
ordered unless they are done so by an intelligent being.
The most committed Atheists were once Christian. God does exist. If
He does not exist, then anything is permissible.
