ew company HR letter and latest pay slip.
2. I request you to follow the below mentioned steps to transfer your account to
another branch of ICICI Bank.
GÇó You can co-ordinate with the nearest ICICI Bank branch
GÇó Fill up an 'Application form' available at branch for Transfer of Savings Ac
count, which contains essential information such as name, change of address, tel
ephone numbers, etc.,
GÇó Submit the form at either the transferor or the transferee branch
GÇó The form needs to be signed by all account holders if the account is Joint
GÇó Your account will be transferred within 1 working days from the date of subm
ission of the request
Alternatively, you may apply online for transferring your savings account:
GÇó Login to www.icicibank.com
GÇó Click on 'My Accounts/Bank Accounts'
GÇó Select 'Service Request'
GÇó Click on GÇÿAccount Details Modification RelatedGÇÖ
GÇó Select option GÇÿTransfer Your Account OnlineGÇÖ
Please Note:
GÇó Your 12 digit bank account number will not be changed.
GÇó Existing ECS mandates, standing instructions and post-dated cheques already
issued will continue to be valid for the account

I need two queries clarified from you.
1. Recently I changed the company,where my account type was Salary account. Do I
need to fill any forms or any documents to be provided to again make the accoun
t as Salary type.
2.Is there any way I can change my bank branch from Infosys,Hyderabad.Since the
company is changed,I may not be allowed inside the company.
