ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of coordination structure of the
Organization against staff members. This study uses descriptive analytical method is
implemented by the collection, classification and interpretation of data pertaining to
the problem. The population in this study were all employees of PT Central Bank
North Sumatra Medan, representing more than 69 people. Then the method of data
collection in this study questionnaire research and documentation. Data analysis
methods using descriptive and quantitative methods is a simple regression analysis
used to measure the impact of liniear coordinating organization against staff members
with the OP of the Central Bank of North Sumatra Medan.
Based on the results obtained with the T test showed that the value of the
variable structure t hitung tTable 1.671 12.996 worth while. This means t hitung > t
Table ie 12.996 > 1.671. Based on these data we can conclude that the Organizational
Structure of the variable in the t test (partial testing) significantly affects the
coordination work of employees of PT Bank Central North Sumatra, Medan. R value
for 0846 amounting to 84.6% which indicates that the relationship between the
Organization Coordinating Work on the employees of PT Bank Central North
Sumatra Medan has a very erat .Nilai R Square of 0.716 means that 71.6% can be
explained by the Organisation of Working Procedures Coordination, whereas the
remaining 29.4% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
