The above-listed actions are related to this action. Each contains claims that
overlap with this action, and based on the allegations of the complaint appear to call
for the determination of similar questions of fact and law. In particular, each of the
actions are based on allegations concerning Defendants VIZIO Holdings, Inc.,
VIZIO, Inc., VIZIO Inscape Services, LLC, and VIZIO Inscape Technologies, LLC
(formerly known as Cognitive Media Networks, Inc.) Smart Televisions as
well as Defendants alleged collection and use of information concerning
purchasers of such televisions. All of the actions allege that Defendants actions
violate the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), 18 U.S.C. 2710, et seq.
