This is about finding truth through the meaning of words. Specifically, the truth regarding who you are and
where you are.
You have an inalienable right of self-determination. You are who you say you are, and who you say you are will
determine where you are.

Introducing Man
Man has a dual nature. The spiritual nature of man is higher than the carnal nature of man.

Spiritual. Pertaining to the soul rather than the physical body of man. The higher as distinguished from the

material or carnal nature of man. The relation between man and God. As the word is used to define hopes
and fears which may be held out to a person charged with a crime when a confession is sought, it has been
held to mean that which pertains to the soul or higher endowments of the mind in its relation to the Spirit of
God, the Holy Spirit, and that which pertains to our holy religion. The spiritual nature of man would be his
higher self, not the carnal. Johnson vs State, 107 Miss 196, 65 So 218. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary

Scripture also identifies the duality of man, the spiritual and the carnal.
Luke 11:40 Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
1 Corinthians 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is
a spiritual body.

In law, man is not an animal. Man's rationality (reason) separates him from a beast.

Animal. In law, all animal life other than man. An inferior or irrational sentient being, generally, though not
necessarily possessed of the power of locomotion. In etymology, comprehending all living creatures, whether
brutish or human. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).

Introducing the Human, a Form of Man

You know who you are, as does your Creator. In contrast, your image in someone else mind is not you - but it is
a form of you. This image produced by the senses and mind of another is an outward manifestation of you. It is
evident and obvious to their mind but lacking the gist of you. It is an imperfect, insincere and spiritless image of
you, a phantom. Your image in another's mind has the appearance of you (or superficial aspect of you) rather
than the essence of you. This image is a form of you but not you. Let's investigate this form of you.

form. (n.) Show without substance; empty, outside appearance; vain, trivial, or conventional ceremony;
conventionality; formality; as, a matter of mere form. A shape; an image; a phantom.(Webster's Unabridged).

Form. The antithesis of substance; the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or the
essence. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).

In order to reconcile what a form is, we look at the antithesis of a form, substance and essence.

Essence. The gist or substance of anything. The vital constituent of a thing. (From Ballentine's Legal
Dictionary 3rd Edition).
Substance. Essentials. The antithesis of "form". State v Japone, 202 IOWA 450, 455, 209 NW 468, 71. (From
Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition)
Notice that substance and essence are synonyms in law. As such, the essence, gist or substance of man is the
spiritual nature of man. Recall from above that the spiritual nature of man is the higher self (essence) not the
carnal nature. Furthermore, the spirit is eternal, the body is temporal (temporary).

If it were possible to remove the spiritual nature of man, all that would remain is the form of man.
Human. Of the form and characteristics of man. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).
Therefore, a human being would be a being of the form and characteristics of man by definition , show
without substance, appearance rather than essence, and the antithesis of substance/essence.

Now we are left to conclude whether an entity of the form of man and the antithesis of man can exist in
reality.
James 2:26 - For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness
unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. Not spiritually empty.
The spiritual substance/essence is the vital constituent of man. The appearance of man without the essence is a
lie, a deception and a fiction. The human being is a conception of the mind, a false image.

Image. 4. To form a likeness or representation of in the mind; to represent mentally; to imagine; to conceive
in the mind. (The Encyclopaedic Dictionary 1884).

An image of man is man's image, an image belonging and created by man ... this is the human being.
Conversely, an image of God is God's image, an image belonging and created by God this is man.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female
created he them.
God created man in his image, he did not create humans in his image.

Your form (how others superficially perceive you) is the antithesis of how your Creator has knowledge of you
(and you have knowledge of you). Only you and your Creator know the essence of you.

What if you claim to be a human being ... claim to be merely what others see superficially, the superficial aspect
rather than the substance or essence?

Would you not be claiming to be a spiritless form of man?

And so the human is a spiritless, DEAD entity of mere form.

The human being is an entity of man's mental and sensory creation , an likeness or representation of in the
mind, a conception of the mind.
The higher, spiritual self is hidden within. A human being is a figment of man's imagination. A mere image, a
fiction.

The true essence of man cannot be determined by outward appearance. The outward appearance is a mask of
flesh, a persona. One must look inward for truth.
Galatians 6:8 - For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit
shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Unfortunately, many today are fixated on outward appearances, mere images of their own minds.

Is it just a coincidence that the two parts of the compound word human produces the same definition as the
legal definition - The appearance of man, the pretence of man? This is NOT a coincidence !
Regarding compound words, think deeper than the superficial, hidden meanings can be found for those that
seek.

Deception will only work with an appearance of truth. Truth is deeper than mere appearances. Deception
gains a foothold by removing the truth from the mind, leaving mere images.

of life; and man became a living soul.

A Man is Lawful, A Human Being is a Legal Entity/Person

What is legal is of form, what is lawful is of substance (Blacks Law 1st Edition).
That which is legal is a creation/form of man, a mere mental creation. That which is lawful is of substance/
essence, a creation of God.

Natural Person: Any human being who as such is a legal entity .. (Amon v. Moreschi, 296 N.Y. 395, 73 N.E.

What is legal is of form... therefore a legal entity is an entity of form . and that makes a human being
an entity of form as well.

Natural Person = human being = legal entity

A legal entity is a creation of man, not God.

Legal is defined as the undoing of Gods law (1893 Dictionary of Arts and Sciences, Encyclopedia
Britannica).

Ecclesiastes 1:15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be
numbered.
A fiction and a lie can never be a reality and a truth. That which is empty cannot be measured or counted.

The Atheist and the Human

An atheist is concerned only with his external/outward appearance to others. His image (as seen by others) is all
that concerns him. He is not concerned with God's view of him since he does not believe there is a God to see
him.

God did not define the human, man did, and in so doing mentally formed it. Here is man's information so
you can mentally form your own image of a human. You decide whether the human is defined as a spiritless
entity.

Humanitarian. a philanthropist; an anti-Trinitarian who rejects the doctrine of Christ's divinity; a

perfectionist. (In Colliers New Dictionary of the English Language, 1928)

Humanitarianism. the doctrine that humankind may become perfect without divine aid. (In Webster's New
World Dictionary , Third College Edition, 1988, page 657)

Humanism. any system or mode of thought or action in which human interests, values and dignity
predominate, especially an ethical theory that often rejects the importance of a belief in God." (Random
House Webster's College Dictionary, 1990)

Secular Humanism. The philosophy or life stance of secular humanism (alternatively known by some
adherents as Humanism, specifically with a capital H to distinguish it from other forms of humanism)
embraces human reason, ethics, social justice and philosophical naturalism, while specifically rejecting
religious dogma, super-naturalism, pseudoscience or superstition as the basis of morality and decision
making. (Wikipedia).

Human. 3. Belonging or relative to man as distinguished from God or superhuman beings; pertaining to the
sphere or faculties of man (with implication of limitation or inferiority); mundane; secular. (Often opposed
to divine.). (From the Oxford New English Dictionary of 1901).

Man has mentally formed and defined a secular (mundane) entity, an entity distinguished from God and
opposed to the divine. An entity belonging and related to man. A man (or a group of men) has created an object
of control.... and according to the maxim of law, the creator controls. Man has created a human being, a
legal entity to be controlled by his laws.

Note that the word human was originally an adjective, not a noun. Words such as human rights, human
emotions, human diseases all refer to things that belong to man and are qualities of man. In regards to a human
being, the being referred to has the qualities of man or belongs to man. Having the same qualities does not
change the entity. A human is not an legal entity but the human being is. This is a being that belongs to man and
has the qualities of man. But is NOT man. Human rights are rights of man, human diseases are diseases of man,
human emotions are emotions of man and a human being is a being of man... not a being of God.
2 Thessalonians 10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they
received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong
delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had
pleasure in unrighteousness.

A Human is an Idol

idol (n.)
mid-13c., "image of a deity as an object of (pagan) worship," from Old French idole "idol, graven image,
pagan god," from Late Latin idolum "image (mental or physical), form," used in Church Latin for "false
god," from Greek eidolon "appearance, reflection in water or a mirror," later "mental image, apparition,
phantom," also "material image, statue," from eidos "form" (see -oid). Figurative sense of "something
idolized" is first recorded 1560s (in Middle English the figurative sense was "someone who is false or
untrustworthy"). Meaning "a person so adored" is from 1590s.
Both idol and human are equally defined as an appearance, mental image, form, phantom, false or
untrustworthy, not sincerely. A human is the modern world's idol.

Note: A form can be mental or physical. Regardless, if it is spiritless it is a dead reproduction and forgery. If
the form is also deified it is an idol.

Hu or Huwa is a name for God in Sufism. Literally, Arabic for "He." (wikipedia). So hu-man can also refer to
God-Man. Self idolatry. Of course a God-Man is a creature of the mind, mental imagery, a phantom, a fiction
that does not exist in reality. An idol.

The DEAD Defined

forces is assumed.' and 'naturalist' is defined as: 'One who follows the light of nature, as contrasted with

Human Being. Natural man: unenlightened or unregenerate. (From the Random House Dictionary of the
English Language, 2nd Edition)
Unregenerate. not regenerate; unrepentant; an unregenerate sinner; not convinced by or unconverted to a
particular religion; wicked, sinful, dissolute. (From the Random House Dictionary of the English Language,
2nd Edition).

Natural Person. means human being, and not an artificial or juristic person." (Shawmut Bank, N.A. v. Valley

Natural Person: Any human being who as such is a legal entity as distinguished from an artificial person,
like a corporation, which derives its status as a legal entity from being recognized so in law. Natural Child:

What it Means to be Human A Summary

What being human means in regards to man's law:

--The human is of the form of man but not the substance of man.
--The human is inferior to man since it lacks the substance of man.
--A human being is a legal entity. Man created legal entities, not the Creator.

--Man also defined and formed the secular human.

--Man formed the human to control his fellow man. Maxim of Law: The creator controls. Man controls other
men by deceiving them into believing they are human.
--The human being is a Natural-Person.
--A natural man is a human being.
--A Natural is an idiot; fool.
--A human being is a DEAD entity (no spirit = dead).

One must believe in humanity and put their soul into the human belief system to be considered living in man's
law. A living human is a dead entity which has been souled (SOLD) - animated and represented by a true
spirited man.

Natural man = human being = legal entity = natural person

The self-professed secular human has a heart not centered upon spiritual consciousness. It is centered upon the
carnal self, the animal nature, materialism. The human being (by definition) is not concerned whatsoever with
the divine or divinity.

A self professed human exists in the legal realm as a legal entity.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Revelation 15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over
the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass,
having the harps of God.

A Note About Words

The spoken word comes first. The spoken word is the original it is in reality and in the now. The written
word is only a representation of the spoken word and therefore secondary or inferior. The words centre and
center are spelled differently but the spoken word sounds the same and the meaning is the same also. The
words human and hueman are spelled differently but identical to the tongue or ear, just like centre or center.
The true meaning is the same as well... appearance of man.

To fully understand language one needs to pay close attention to word construction. Compound words are
constructed of two or more parts. Hidden meanings can be deduced from paying close attention to the various
parts of compound words. Essence includes the latin base esse which means to be or i am (I am that I
am). The ending -ence refers to state. So this can be translated to state of being or spiritual state. See

So, what is your essence? Is your essence spiritual or are you too busy being human. That is the question.

Forms - Represented In the Kingdom of Man

A living man has a carnal body with a spiritual body.

1 Corinthians 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is

a spiritual body.

The human being is a dead entity, one without spirit. A man of straw, one of no substance/essence. This legal
entity will need to be represented. The one who represents him (or her) will take responsibility for this legal
fiction (will be surety).

Law Dictionary 1st Edition).

Man did not create legal entities in physical reality, he created them in form, so legal entities are a creation of
the mind. As such, they cannot present themselves, they must be represented to make an appearance. The
legal system is also of form by definition so it also needs to be represented. Look for the ones in uniform.

represent. To state as a fact. To act for. To stand in the place of. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd
Edition).
You may act for a legal entity or stand in the place of a legal entity. You can represent a human being and
thus state as a fact that you are a legal entity.

Idol. An image worshiped as God. A counterfeit. An image. A representation. One loved or honored to

An atheist despises the worship of God. The atheist puts his belief humanity, at the top. He sees his like kind
as bona fide lawgivers. An atheist worships his own image (humanity) , a representation - this is self idolatry.

Every day men go to court and represent their state provided legal fictions (persons), or have lawyers represent

them. They are then liable for the judgment laid upon the fiction... all by consent. By playing the persona (a
legal entity) in man's game of temporal law they are the surety for the entity.

The Kingdoms

In truth. The Law of God in the Kingdom of God

Where God created man, and the creator controls.
In the beginning God grants man a bodily vessel and a spirit to energize that body into a living soul. God also
grants man dominion over the earth and the animals and plants thereupon. By this birthright one sustains the
living soul while upon earth.
John 3:27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
An opportunity to fulfill ones purpose is provided, whatever that purpose may be, albeit according the the laws
and direction of the Creator.
Galatians 5:14 - For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Galatians 6:7 - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

In appearance. The Law of Man in the Kingdom of Man

Where Man created the human, and the creator controls.

Man cannot rule according to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth because he does not know the
whole truth. Judge and Jury can only rule according to appearances - because that is all they know. In legalese,
what is of form exists within the dimension of man's mind as an appearance rather than truth. So something
of form is about mental imagery - the appearance to the mind. If you provide information, you are providing a
mental projection to others, you are providing them a representation of your perceived truth, a mental image.
The truth in the now has passed. If you are an informant, you are one who claims to understand and you aim
to instill that understanding into another's mind. A physical piece of paper to relay information (to the minds
eye) is called a form. This physical paper form enables the reader to create a mental image or understanding
once the information is added. That mental image or understanding is of form, which means by definition of
appearance, evident to the mind. Deception cannot work without appearance. Appearance is the primary tool of
deception and a deceiver. The deceiver will paint a picture upon your mind with information. Or perhaps his
words will create mental images that will conform you. Perhaps he will deceive church leaders to reform their
church. If you accept a paper form from another, and consent, you have a meeting of the minds - a formal
contract. A good performance will instill images upon your mind for a time.

Ten people may have 10 different perceptions. Who has the truth in this case? Just trust the legal system, they
will form their own perspective and rule on it ! All according to appearance.

Summary:
The Kingdom of God is about truth and fulfilling your purpose according to the law of the Creator. The
Kingdom of God is about spiritual fulfillment.
The Kingdom of Man is all about appearance. He who makes the best case (appearance) wins. The kingdom of
man is all about winning, it's all about getting (and begeting). The Kingdom of Man is all about material
fulfillment.

Delivery into Serfdom

Shortly after ones physical entrance through the womb, a Legal Agent placed a paper form in front of the

mother and told her she was obligated to fill it out and return it. The mother, believing she was a legal entity and
subject to legislation complied. She filled out a paper form called a Registration of Birth (or Statement of Birth
depending on her location).

The informant.
According to the government's Registration of Birth form, the mother is identified as the informant. Namely,
one in the state of in-forming or creating a form of man in the legal realm. The child will now be presumed
to exist in the realm of appearances rather than substance/essence (truth). So, the mother is forming a new
human legal entity by filling out the Registration of birth form. A concept(ion) without substance or essence.
A new legal entity cannot be created unless this form is completed and submitted.

So, a new fictional legal entity is born on a two dimensional piece of paper (form) conceived by the mother
(informant). The statement of birth is a legal instrument known as a matrix.
MATRIX. In civil law, the protocol or first draft of a legal instrument, from which all copies must be taken.

MATRIX. Womb. A place where anything is generated or formed. (Samuel Johnson's Dictionary 1755)
So, the mother is responsible for a bodily conception in reality (truth) AND a legal conception in appearance/
fiction (deception). Her conception has been multiplied by two.

Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou
shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Upon official date of registration of birth (and after the mother applied for a birth certificate), a new human
surfaces in the system of the sovereign, in legal-land. The mother is now entitled to benefits from within the
legal system for pledging the child to the sovereign (law maker). The sovereign holds legal title to the baby's
body (registration of birth form). The mother holds equitable title to the baby (certificate of birth). An equitable
title is a beneficial title. The baby now operates with the name on the birth certificate to receive benefits. A
health card may now be obtained etc. The baby is now considered an acting legal entity - a human in the legal
system. By definition, the legal system itself is of form. It has the appearance of law rather than the substance/
essence of law. Whoever or whatever formed the legal system has just gained a human subject.

Being human signifies, for each one of us, belonging to a class, a society, a country, a continent and a
civilization. (Clause Levi-Strauss).

In the mothers case above, she represented a legal entity (JANE DOE) and thus JANE DOE made an
appearance in the legal realm, filled out a form which recorded an event in the legal realm. And thus, the legal
entity was formed by the informant filling out a form.

According to the dictionaries of legal-land, here is what just happened.

Birth. Delivery from the womb; a beginning as a birth of a nation.
Delivery.
A handing over; the surrender of possession to another; a release from imprisonment.
As used in a statute of fraudulent conveyances the word implies the surrender of control of the property by the
vendor and the assumption of possession by the vendee, and mere words will not constitute such a delivery.
For some purposes, a delivery is accomplished by no more than making something available to another, placing
it within his reach, notwithstanding there is no actual handing of the thing from one person to another.
surrender. Yielding possession. A yielding up of an estate for life or years, to him who has the immediate estate
in reversion or remainder, wherein the estate for life or years may drown by the mutual agreement. Schieffelin v

BIRTH. See ABANDON; NATUS; VENTER
ABANDON. To relinquish, surrender, disclaim, desert, forsake, give up wholly.
A statute may require that this intention be proven by a declaration duly executed and recorded.

The event recorded on a 'STATEMENT OF BIRTH is a STATEMENT OF ABANDONMENT.

The mother, acting as an informant has claimed the baby is of form (a human), a spiritless (legal) entity
residing (re-side-ing) in the secular legal system.... she then concedes dominion over this spiritless property to
the state she abandons the child without actually handing the child over.

When one claims to be human, one also claims to be dead (spiritually dead). A zombie per se, with no
inheritable rights.

Registration of Birth. Almost everyone's birth (abandoned) estate has been registered into the sovereign's

register. Surrendering a legal title for an equitable title (beneficiary title) to the estate. All for protection and
care. A protection racket.

"Registration" comes from Latin "rex, regis" etc. meaning regal. So think about what occurs to whatever you
'register' - you hand legal title over to the Crown. When you register anything with the public, it releases legal
title to the government corporation and leaves you with only equitable title - the right to use, not own, and for
that use you will pay a 'use' tax which is every tax, be it income, sin, sales, property, etc. as opposed to lawful
taxes, excise and impost. So that it doesn't appear that the government now owns the property which you have
registered they put it in a name which so much resembles your own that you won't suspect it, however, the
NAME is owned by the government. If you choose rather to record your legal title to your property with the
public, you maintain your status as Title Owner. This is one of the most important things you can ever learn for
the sake of your commercial affairs.
The best example of the effects of registration is the birth certificate. A bankrupt entity - city, state/ province,
country - cannot operate in commerce. So how do they manage? Since USA/CA have been bankrupt for
decades, having no substance such as gold and silver to back it, the only asset it has are men and women and
our labour. We are the collateral for the interest on the loan of the World Bank. Each of us is registered, via the
application for a birth certificate. The Treasury issues a bond on the birth certificate and the bond is sold at a
securities exchange and bought by the FRB/BoC, which then uses it as collateral to issue bank notes. The bond
is held in trust for the Feds at the Depository Trust Corporation. We are the surety on said bonds. Our labour/
energy is then payable at some future date. Hence we become the 'transmitting utility' for the transmission of
energy. The USG/CAG, in order to provide necessary goods and services, created a commercial bond
(promissory note), by pledging the property, labour, life and body of its citizens, as payment for the debt
(bankruptcy). This commercial bond made chattel (property) out of us all. We became nothing more than
'human resources' and collateral for the debt. This was without our knowledge and/or our consent, via the filing

(registration) of our birth certificates. When mums apply for a birth certificate, the application is registered.
The legal title of her baby is then transferred from mum to the State. Mum is left with equitable title of her baby
whom she can use for a fee - a 'use tax' - and since the property does not belong to her, she has to treat it in the
manner, which the owner wants.

In reality, everything belongs to the Creator. Including the deceived and the deceiver.

If all men are created equal, can we deny one their faith and beliefs? If one believes they are a spiritless entity,
for all intents and purposes do we not need to recognize their right of self determination? If one has faith, do we
not also need to recognize their right of self-determination? Whereas man has Gods Law and the fear of God to
govern behavior, the human needs a secular law for his secular beliefs - the rule of Law is the venue for the
human. Nations under God will recognize both perspectives (and laws) within their foundational preambles.

Preamble to the Canadian Bill of Rights:

Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of Law

Supremacy of God. Canada's founders acknowledged God is supreme and acknowledged scripture as the word
of God, the truth and supreme Law. The King James Bible circa 1611 is used as a reference to the word of God.
Canada, therefore, is a nation under God.

Natural law; " Natural law is distinguished from positive law, which is the body of law imposed by the state.

The Rule of Law on the other hand is NOT supreme, but merely a legal principle to be used by recognized
authorities, and applicable to legal entities.

PERSONS and CORPORATIONS

From Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 ...Although man and person are synonymous in grammar, they have a
different acceptation in law. In law, they are different ! . The human, aka natural person is a legal entity
created by man (in the image of man) and subject to it's creators rules. The person was born on a two
dimensional piece of paper and created through the color of law.

The person comes in two variants. An Artificial Person and a Natural Person.
The Natural Person has already been identified as a human being, which is of the form of man. One with the
appearance of man but spiritless and secular. Human Being = Natural Person.
The Artificial Person, which is a corporation or corporate citizen.
Penhallow v. Doanes Administrators (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed 57; Dall. 54)
Governments are Corporations. Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a
creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary having
neither actuality nor substance is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible.
For example, does Canada exist? If Canada did exist it would be present even if the earth were devoid of man.
Canada is a construct of the mind and exists only in the dimension of the mind. As noted above an abstraction,
and a creature of the mind only,. It is an artificial person that is assumed to exist (in man's world).

An artificial person has also been created for you. An artificial person for you to interface with the government.
After all, a government can only interface with other artificial persons. That artificial person is exposed upon
display of government identification. Government identification which you applied for, and signed for
(authorized). You represent it. It is your person. It is an entity that MUST be represented because it is not
you ! In reality you present yourself, you do not re-present yourself. Only your legal fiction needs to be
represented because it does not or cannot exist on its own.

A persona is not in the realm of reality, and neither is a person.

Regarding man's rule of law, a person is not physical but rather a status (rank or position). Since a rank or

Your person is how you are considered by others in society. A mental construct of others. An image of others.

Your "true essence is not the mental perception of others "in society". It is not the mental appearance of

A man in a policeman's uniform is only a man, your mental construct (and his) creates the "persona", the
policeman. When the policeman retires he remains a man, the superficial aspect of the policeman disappears.
So, a spiritual man can step down and into the role of a fiction a person.
Person. A human considered as being capable of having rights and of being charged with duties".
A Human considered [thought of] as being capable of having rights... Again, this "thought" or perception is a
mental construct only, a fiction. Start with any human, think of him as being capable of having rights and of
being charged with duties but not charged with rights and duties (yet). The result is a natural person. A
question arises. How does a human get charged with duties? He gets them automatically through the birth
certificate. He has a duty of allegiance to his sovereign and possibly more (knight service = military service).
Person. A person is such, not because he is human but because rights and duties have been ascribed to him.
The only way rights and duties can be ascribed is by an existing creator or by consent. The human consents to
represent the artificial person. Who does the human consent with to receive rights and duties? The artificial
person known as government.

Maxims of Law From Bouvier's 1856 Law Dictionary

Inclusio unius est exclusio alterius. The inclusion of one is the exclusion of another. 11 Co. 58.
So in regards to the Interpretation Act Canada, a person, includes a corporation. This means a person is a
corporation and only a corporation, everything else is excluded, The inclusion of one is the exclusion of
another. 11 Co. 58.

The fictional entity comes to life by animation. You animate your fiction by representing it. A bona fide man
presents himself, a fiction must be represented since it does not exist in reality.

A person is a fictional entity (corporation) with office and rank. The rank indicates what rights the person will
have (if any) and their duties. The PERSON may improve the rank by investment in titles, PhD, P.Eng, Esq. etc.
The PERSON may also improve the rank by monetary investment or gain (consider Billy Gates, Warren
Buffet). Money and/or credentials will get you more consideration in society, more RANK. A society that
respects persons and rank/status is not of God.

The CAPITAL NAME

To participate in The Great Deception is to act through the legal fiction PERSON identified by the ALL-CAPS
NAME. All your government ID will show your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, your bills will show your
name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and your bank accounts will show your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
"A name spelled in all capital letters or a name initialed, is not a proper noun denoting a specific person, but
is a fictitious name, or a name of a dead person, or a nom de guerre." (Gregg's Manual of English).
Fictitious name. A counterfeit, feigned, or pretended name taken by a person, differing in some essential
particular from his true name, (consisting of Christian name and patronymic,) , with the implication it is
intended to deceive or mislead. (Black's Law Dictionary).
Fictitious names exist for a purpose. Fictions are invented to give courts jurisdiction. Snider v. Newell 44 SE

"nom": Used in expressions denoting a pseudonym, a false or assumed name.
"Guerre": War, and as a verb, to wage war.
"Nom de guerre": War name. A name assumed by or assigned to a person engaged in some action or

This PERSON is your contracting legal entity, and it isn't created by God and it has no God given rights. It is a
government created legal fiction (authorized by your signature). The government provides the rights and duties
and laws for your person.

The United States Government Printing Office Style Manual clearly defines the rules of grammar for

recording of a proper noun in Chapter 3.2, Capitalization. Proper nouns are capitalized [examples given]
Rome, Brussels, John Macadam, Macadam family, Italy, and Anglo-Saxon. It further defines, in Chapter
11.7, that Names of vessels are quoted in matter printed in other than lower case roman[examples given
are] LUSITANIA [or] Lusitania.

The term vessel, is a legal description not limited to ships or vessels engaged in commerce pursuant to case
law like St. Hilaire Moye v. Henderson, C.A. Ark., 496 F.2d, 973. (Blacks, 6th Ed).

The U.S. Government Style Manual, Chapter 3 requires only the names of corporate and other fictional
entities, or those serving in corporate capacities to be in all capitalized letters.

So, man voluntarily or unwittingly steps down and into the shoes of the fictional PERSON. Man has
unwittingly fallen for the trap and taken up the identity of a legal fiction and vessel in a secular society. A
physical man attaches himself by representation to a state created fiction. The state created legal fiction person is subject to all acts and statutes of the state (country).

The original old testament was written in Hebrew. In Hebrew the word Kanah, translates to surname,

Upon adulthood, one carries the entailments of the parents (surname) and begins working with other secular

The legal surname is an essential aspect by which man has been drawn into the legal fiction and thereby into
man's law. Once in the legal realm, with a legal surname and a legal entity, one is part and parcel to a secular

Matthew 7:14, Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be
that find it.

Man's original and proper name is his Christian Name. He best not attach it to a title. A man of God, complete in
spiritual essence, is not within the domain of a judge in a legal system venue.
1787 Pope. When a man is made a spiritual peer he loses his sir-name; when a temporal, his christian-name.
To Temper means to mix, mingle, modify (Samuel JohnsonDictionary 1755).
And so a temporal is one who has mixed and mingled his given name with a surname. Thus corrupting his true
Christian-name. A given name or a first name is used in place of Christian name when a surname is added. A
spiritual peer has lost his sir-name (surname). Reborn.

The legal system deals with humans, natural persons and artificial persons (all represented by you and by your
consent). There are two distinct venues here, the legal system rules over a child of the province but the Supreme
Creator rules over a child of God. The phrase child of the Province is indicative of an entity of the Province
and therefore under its control. Would a legal system judge challenge the Creator over control of a true man
with spiritual essence, one of God and one who claims the testament as his law? One without a claim upon a
surname (flattering title)?

This quote from the United Nations spells out our current state of affairs
"Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against
tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law," (Preamble - Universal
Declaration of Human Rights).
Will man prevail under Gods Law or will the human prevail under man's rule of law?

Society is a Fiction in Legalese...

society. An association or company of persons united together for a common purpose. (Blacks Law 1st Ed.)
"Society" Rephrased, An association of "fictions" united together for a common purpose. Therefore, "society is
a fiction" as well, since it is composed of fictions.

REMINDER - Maxims of Law: A fiction is a rule of law that assumes something which is or may be false as
true.
Whereas the person and society are non-existent, and the human is living a false reality, the rule of law assumes
they do exist... and so have we, which gives them recognition. Our belief in these mental constructs are the glue
that holds the matrix together. In reality, there is no such thing as a man without a spirit (human). A natural man
does exist but is spiritually discerned (different)... not spiritually void.

The Earth vs The World

Man cannot create matter, he can only manipulate it. Man can however, shape or form matter and call it
something. It may appear as something in form - but the substance is still the same matter/atoms. Man can
also shape or form thoughts into beliefs and manipulate others through speech to carry the same beliefs
(forms).

World. public life, or society (Websters 1828)

Society was formed by man, a mental construct but not physical. It is a collective mental belief. A collective
creature of the mind. The world is a system of societies (aka nations) and so the world is a creature of the mind
as well (a consideration, a perception). Societies and nations would not exist if man did not believe in them and
animate them. Society is a collective faith, just like religions. If (all of) man were to suddenly self govern
according to God's laws and deny the contemplation of society or its laws, society as we know it would
evaporate before our eyes. Society does not exist in reality, it exists in form (appearance), in the mind.

What does your world look like? Is it exactly the same as mine? The world is merely a mental perspective
through the mind of man. Each man sees the world slightly different. The world is of form just like the human
and the entire legal system. Only God can create a law of substance/essence.

Note: In law, a nation is a people not a landmass.

Nation. . The people is the political body brought into existence by community of laws, and the people may
perish with these laws. (Black's Law, 1st Edition)
In reality, man cannot bring the people into (and out of) existence with laws or contracts. This can only occur
as a mental construct, not in reality.
Nation. . A people or aggregation of men, existing in the form of an organized jural society. (Black's Law,
1st Edition)
Again we have a form, an appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or essence. This is
another mental construct.

--In truth, the people are the aggregate of man, created by God.
--In form (appearance), the people is a political body brought into existence by man's law. Man's law is not a
creator and destroyer of people in the realm of reality, only as a construct of the mind in form (appearance).

More proof the world is ungodly .

Worldly. Concerned with the enjoyments of this present existence; not religious, spiritual, or holy.

Worldly. 1. Secular; relating to this life, in contradistinction to the life to come. 3. Human; common;

belonging to this world.

John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world...

His kingdom is not of man's mental and secular perception. His Kingdom exists in truth.

John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of
the Father is not in him.

Psalm 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Note here that the world is the LORD's. So he can do with it as is seen fit.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?
whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Galatians 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the
world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
The cross of our Lord Jesus Christ separates us from the world of deception. Where the world is, a man of the
cross is of no effect. Where a man of the cross is, the world is of no effect. Is this the antithesis of the legal ID
on the fictional side? If you carry both the cross and legal ID do you not have two masters to mind ... and a
double mind?

Oblation. An offering; a sacrifice; anything offered as an act of worship or reverence. (Samuel Johnson's
Dictionary 1755)
The will gives worth to the oblation, as to God's acceptance, sets the poorest giver on the same level with the
richest. (South)

Hence, there is a place for "man" (on earth) and a place for the natural person, "natural man" and/or
"human" (in the world). But they are all Gods domain. If one rejects God and the true law, truth is rejected and
liberty is rejected. One ends up a natural with deception and servitude in the world.

Legal vs Lawful

What is legal is of form, what is lawful is of substance (Blacks Law 1st Edition).
What is legal follows rules, what is lawful follows moral substance and ethical permissibility. (Blacks Law 1st
Edition)
Form . The antithesis of substance; the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or the
essence... (Blacks Law 1st Edition)

The legal realm exists in the world of form (appearances) not truth. Form is the antithesis of substance/essence,
by definition. So, in the legal world, if it appears so it is so. All that needs to be done is make it appear so. All
you need is a good liar (lawyer) to make it "appear" so.

What is lawful follows moral substance and ethical permissibility. Moral substance and ethical permissibility is
not possible without truth.

If one is stuck in a lie (a fiction), appearances becomes the truth of the mind. If man turns his back on the truth,
the truth will turn its back likewise.

Execution of Law

Gods Law is spiritually executed upon the soul and often not evident or obvious or seen. The transgressorsinner may not connect the execution of Gods law to his sin/debt in this dimension. It is a domain of the
Creator and expressed in his testament.
Deuteronomy 19:21 And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand
for hand, foot for foot.
If the law is transgressed, an equal punishment is forthcoming in one dimension or another. Likewise, if you
forgive, you may be forgiven.

Mans (rule of) Law is one that is executed upon the PERSON for all to see. A PERSON is a legal entity and
legal fiction who is considered according to status. A man may "act" in the capacity of a PERSON and thereby
be "subject" to the jurisdiction and execution of the Rule of Law. When he acts in this fictional capacity,
within the secular (Godless) Rule of Law, he is assumed to be functioning without his God given unalienable
rights (because he/she is a spiritless entity). Yikes. The rights he does get while acting through the fiction, all
come from man his creator.

The desire of one to see anothers punishment would be the choice of a natural man, one overwhelmed by a
lust for vengeance, one who judges. One with forgiveness or faith in the spiritual execution of law would not
have a lust for vengeance. So, we have two law-forms here, non-secular and secular. You may choose to believe
in Creation, a Supreme God, Scripture, Forgiveness and the Spiritual Execution of Sins upon the Soul. Or, you
may choose Atheism, the Rule of Law, and Execution of Statutory Offenses upon the PERSON. To believe in
both is to be double minded.

Revenge is so absolutely the peculiar of heaven, that no consideration can impower, even the best men, to
assume the execution of it. (South's Sermons).

To consent to the human body of law is to consent to a PERSONA and a false God. One is subject to his masters
punishment. If one has two masters, does this mean one gets double punishment to go along with his double
mind?

The next level, to a new creature, is attained through forgiveness, through being in Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new.

States under God

Similar to Canada, preambles of foreign countries include God and true law for the children of God. A spiritual

man contains and controls himself according to a higher law. Humans and persons get man's law of
appearances for their containment. The animal nature needs containment and control. How will you be treated
in a courtroom if you represent a false entity, one with a cognomen/agnomen/flattering title? One who denies
the proper christian name? God is no respecter of persons.

Are you concerned about man's false image (of you) or God's true image (of you)? Your actions manifest your
polarity and allegiance towards a man of God or a person of man. One is controlled by man's law by believing
you are an image of man, a form of man and therefore a creation of man - rather than an image of God.

2 Chronicles 19 : 6-7
And said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the LORD, who is with you in
the judgment.
Wherefore now let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the
LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.

Both the earth and the world are God's. If the world is your friend, the world of humans is what you might just
get.

Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to the law for it is the author and source of law. (Yick Wo v.

God is the source of law for man, for his people. God is not subject to his own law.
So who created the legal realm? Man and his people? We The People do Ordain and Establish. We The People
- are making/endorsing laws.
"The people" act as lawmakers or law endorsers for man on the non-spiritual side. Humans and PERSONS are
the legal entities.
In each (lawmaking) case there is a dimensional shift:
--God exists in a different (higher) dimension than we do. But he created the lower, physical 3 dimensions
where we exist and where we are subject to his laws.
--Man exists in our physical 3 dimensions. But man created the legal system and legal entities in 2 dimensions

(on paper). You can't touch them in this physical dimension unless represented, much like a fictional character
in a script/play. They are both concepts of the mind existing in a different (mental) dimension. The legal entity
must be energized/animated with your beliefs and actions (faith with works) to come alive.

The vast majority believe they are a legal entity. A legal entity in the legal world and subject to the legal system
all man's mental creation. Willingly showing legal identification upon demand to their recognized authority/
creator/God. The legal ID will always have a surname/cognomen/agnomen/flattering-title attached.

So, either the spiritual man or the human being is not living in reality. You decide.

The beast is man's kingdom, whose strings are controlled by spiritual wickedness in high places.

them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most

These above words (in blue) were written by a man of substance and essence, a spirit incarnate, created by God
(Genesis Chapter 1 verses 26-28).
I accept the word of God and his kingdom. The LORD, Saviour and son of God. Old and New Testaments.
I strive to glorify God in my body and my spirit, which are God's.
