INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN Instructions for proper fitting

Las piezas cerámicas contenidas en esta caja han sido decoradas con una fina aplicación metálica. Tratar especialmente con mucho cuidado. Estas recomendaciones
básicas están orientadas a facilitar una correcta colocación del producto, adaptándolas tanto a las características técnicas del propio producto, como a los tipos de
soportes, materiales de agarre y de rejuntado. La manipulación indebida (rayados y/o rozaduras) y la utilización indebida de detergentes abrasivos pueden causar
daños en las piezas. Si alguna pieza cerámica presenta algún defecto, no colocarla y comunicar este hecho a su proveedor. No se aceptará ninguna reclamación una
vez colocado el producto.

COLOCACIÓN

Como material de agarre se recomienda la utilización de cemento cola con aditivos poliméricos. Existen distintos tipos de cementos cola en el mercado en función
del tipo de soporte, recomendándose seguir las instrucciones del fabricante en la preparación del material y en su aplicación. Los materiales de agarre deben aplicarse
con una llana dentada para asegurar una óptima distribución por toda la superficie.

REJUNTADO

Para la elección del material de rejuntado, ha de tenerse en cuenta el lugar de colocación de las baldosas (pavimento o revestimiento), y su situación (interior o exterior),
recomendándose el uso de juntas con aditivos poliméricos o resinas sintéticas, y no lechadas de cemento pórtland.

LIMPIEZA

Una vez finalizada la colocación del producto, se procederá a una cuidadosa limpieza utilizando productos adecuados para eliminar los residuos de mortero, cemento,
etc.…No deben utilizarse espátulas metálicas ni productos abrasivos recomendándose limpiar los restos de colas y material de juntas con una esponja húmeda.

These basic recommendations are designed to ensure that the product is properly fitted, adapting these to both technical characteristics of the product itself, and to
the types of supports, fixing and jointing materials. Improper handling (scratching and/or scraping) and improper use of abrasive detergents can damage the pieces.
Treat these in particular with great care.
FITTING
We recommend using cement glue with polymeric additives as fitting material. There are different types of cement glues on the market depending on the type of
support, it being advisable to follow the manufacturer’s instructions as regards preparation of the material and its application.
JOINTING
For choosing the jointing material, one should yake into account the place where the tiles (floor or wall) are fitted and their situation (indoor or outdoor), the use of
joints with polymeric additives or synthetic resins being recommendable, and not Portland cement grout.
CLEANING

After completing the fitting the material must be carefully cleaned using suitable products to eliminate any remains of mortar, cement, etc. Metal spatulas and abrasive
products should not be used, it being recommendable to clean any remains of glues and joint material with a damp sponge
