Maintenance Contract Template (Building)

This maintenance contract will be effective on ___________ (date)

IN BETWEEN (the names of the 1st party)

AND (the name of the 2nd party)

Company name, full contract addresses along with phone numbers and email
addresses and the registration number of the company for future legal assistance.

1st part of the contract:

Background check: 1st company or the client is agreed that the 2nd company or the
service provider is well qualified for providing the services and it has enough
experience to meet minimum requirements of the client.

AND
The 2nd company (the service provider) is hereby agrees for providing best quality
services to the client by following the terms and conditions written in the following
agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters stated above and in consideration of

mutual benefits, the parties to this agreement agree on the points as follows:

Engagement
1). the 1st company or the client agrees to engage the 2nd company (the service
Provider) to provide the client with building maintenance services like arranging for
quality inspection from time to time, coordinating with the inspection team to check
for the maintenance work done on the building, asking for the permission first from
the client if a task needs to be done which is not in the contract and asking for the
verification from the client once the maintenance work is done.

Term of Agreement
2). The clauses of this contract will start on the date of this agreement and will
remain in full application and effective until the finishing date which is
______/______/___________ (date of termination of the contract). If both parties agree,
the termination date can also be extended.

Performance
3). both parties in the agreement agree to do each and every thing to keep the
contract in application and not to violate any of the terms and conditions added in
the contract. This also includes not performing any task that could result in
termination of the contract before time.

Compensation
4). for the services provided by the 2nd company to the 1st company (the customer),
the customer is legally bound to pay the service provider the amount of $ _______
(amount in Dollars) either per month or in full either at the beginning or at the end
of the contract and the customer also reserves the right to deduct from the payable
compensation if needed or required by the law.

Return of Property
5). once the contract is expired, the service provider is legally bound to return the
property to the owner (the 1st company) including all the documents, paper work,
documented records and any other thing that is legally the property of the owner.

Legal Expenses
6). if any legal action is taken due to any reasons or the violation of the contract by
any party, the concerned partner reserves the right to recover all the legal fees and
costs from the other party.

Notice
7). all notices, demands, requests, applications and any other communication in
between both the parties will be conducted on paper so that it can serve as the
evidence in future. The notices are required to send to the other party in time and
on the given address in the beginning of this contract.

Title/Headings
8). the headings in the contract are only included for the convenience of both the
parties and in case of a legal action, these headings shouldnt be considered at all.

Modifications to Agreement
9). any changes or modifications can be made to this contract by either party and
any party can add or remove any of the headings or clauses that it wants but only
when the other party agrees to the changes and signs the contract once again after
the changes.
Entire Agreement

10). It is contract by both the parties that there is nothing else besides this contract
that any of the party is legally obliged to follow or to obey.
Governing Law
11). it is agreed by both the parties that the services that are included in the
contract, clauses, terms and conditions that this contract includes and the
payments that will be made to the service provider will all be proceed under the
laws of government implemented where the contact will be effected.
